My partner and I have stayed in this hotel before in February. Came back again just to enjoy this hotel again. Again, this hotel did not disappoint at all, cleanliness was still excellent, service was very good and convenient especially being able to communicate with the front desk using WeChat. They even gave us an upgrade of our room. The staff was extremely friendly and always greeted us when they saw us. The cleaning staff were professional also (they even tucked our soft toys into bed haha). The gym is also very well equipped and well maintained considering it is a hotel gym. They even have trainers at the gym, and they have PT classes at the gym too but of course you have to pay for it. But the gym staff are all very friendly and accommodating. I think this hotel would definitely be our first choice in Yibin always. This hotel is a great reflection of the people of Yibin, warm, welcoming and very loving. Highly recommended! Best hotel in Yibin!

I think the hotel breakfast being served until 12 PM is the biggest selling point, and it's not because I'm a glutton! This trip, I was traveling with my elderly mother, and for seniors with dental issues, the diverse and nutritious breakfast perfectly met her needs. The cleanliness and service were also excellent. In the evening, I even went to the gym on the fifth floor for a run.

I rebooked for another night on the second evening. I was originally thinking of changing places, but since this one was pretty good, I decided to stay another night. Mediocre experience overall. The air conditioning was very noisy and didn't cool the room below 21 degrees Celsius. The green light on the control panel couldn't be turned off, which was quite bothersome and dazzling at night while trying to sleep. The room itself was tiny, and the amenities and supplies were very basic. I don't understand why they charge 300-400 for this. Also, it's summer, so they really shouldn't be providing fuzzy slippers anymore. As someone who works in a similar industry, I don't get why the front desk staff has to stand the entire shift. What's wrong with giving them a couple of chairs to sit on and having them stand up when guests arrive to check-in?
