I don't usually write reviews, but this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in!!! 1. I booked the room on New Year's Eve. When I checked in that evening, the woman at the front desk had a terrible face and was extremely rude. She was unfriendly throughout the entire check-in process, barely responding to anything I said. I told her I had lost my ID card but had my passport and asked if I could use it. She ignored me completely, busy checking in my parents' room, and only coldly said that an electronic ID card would suffice after that. ????? I've traveled to so many countries and stayed in so many hotels, and this is the worst front desk receptionist I've ever encountered!!! She was unfriendly to guests the entire time and barely responded to anything I said!!! 2. I was traveling with my parents. When I booked for them, my room type was unavailable. The woman at the front desk coldly said that the two room types were different and not on the same floor. Wouldn't a normal hotel upgrade a family to stay together??? I'm a Black Diamond member, and all the hotels I've stayed at have upgraded me; this is the first time I've seen this. 3. The third point is the worst! After checking in, I played on my phone for an hour. When I got ready to sleep, I lifted the sheets and found them covered in a dense clump of hair—it was disgusting! The hygiene was absolutely appalling! I didn't dare lie down! It was worse than a cheap hotel room. Later, I packed my things and went downstairs to ask the woman for a room change. She acted like it was none of my business, coldly telling me she couldn't change rooms. She said I'd been there for an hour, and changing rooms required approval from the manager and someone to take photos and inspect. She was implying she was blaming me for not asking sooner, causing all this trouble. What?! If the hygiene is so bad, I can change rooms whenever I want! Then she left me there for ages, not mentioning the terrible hygiene at all! Finally, she reluctantly changed my room. 3. The room I got was also terrible. The TV wires were exposed, there was still hair under the sheets, and there were unidentified stains on the sofa. But it was already past midnight, and I didn't want to change rooms. First, I didn't want to ruin my New Year's mood, and second, I figured any other room would be just as unsanitary. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. As a Ctrip Black Diamond member, I solemnly warn you not to stay at this hotel!!!

Because I was satisfied with the service at Yibin Kaifeng Hotel, I decided to extend my stay. The room was spacious, and enjoying the river and night views from it was very pleasant. The massage chair in the room relieved my travel fatigue; the hotel was very thoughtful. The clear soup wontons at breakfast were delicious; I recommend trying them.

The room is very clean, spacious and bright. The river view room has a great view. The breakfast is rich and delicious, with a wide variety of noodles, wontons, steamed buns, porridge, milk and fruits. The hotel facilities are complete and new, the sanitation is very clean, and the front desk service is very good.

It was a very satisfying stay, highly recommended. The hotel's location is very convenient, offering easy access to various attractions and shopping districts. The surrounding area is also quiet, allowing for a good night's rest. The front desk staff was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. Seeing we were carrying luggage, any questions we had were patiently and carefully answered. The room was even more spacious and bright than expected, and spotlessly clean. The mattress and pillows were the perfect firmness, allowing for a restful sleep. The shower had strong and consistent water pressure, washing away a day's fatigue. The breakfast was varied and delicious. This stay was excellent value for money. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the city next time and recommend it to friends!

The bed linens and duvet covers are clean, and the bathroom is odor-free, making it a very comfortable stay. The service was also quite attentive. The front desk check-in was quick and they proactively provided information about nearby dining options. However, there were some significant drawbacks. The facilities are a bit dated, with furniture showing signs of wear and tear on the edges. The most inconvenient part was waiting for the elevator, which can take over ten minutes during rush hour, making it a bit frustrating when you're in a hurry. If the elevator issues could be improved, the experience would be much better.

The lady at the front desk in the lobby will greet you. The room is quite large, clean and tidy, the environment is elegant, travel is very convenient, and the privacy is good. I recommend everyone to stay!
