First I want to tell the staff how much I appreciate them. I accidentally left my sling bag at the front desk, absent-mindedly, and they kept it safe till the next morning. This speaks volumes to the quality of the staff. Thank you so much! I think the newly renovated rooms are clean, well maintained, and smoke-free. The size is small and the views are not great but for the price, I will never actually complain. It is a better bang for your buck than most other hotels in the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

The reception desk staff spoke English and were very helpful. Our suite was comfortable and our request for a utensil was met promptly. Breakfast was good. We had a most pleasant stay and we will come back to this hotel when we visit Yichang again.

Service of the Front desk reception was Very Unfriendly and unhelpful with ”I don't Care a Damn” attitude especially the evening staff who was more interested in playing on their phones rather than attending to me even after requesting them in Chinese. Even morning staff did not help when I asked them to help me to book a taxi as I was running short of time to catch my scheduled train. They asked me wait outside and find a taxi myself. Had to navigate myself. No breakfast available even though it was advertised that breakfast could be brought by paying the breakfast charge and No one to tell me the same. Location was Ok and not too far from the CBD or city centre. Right side of the corner had some amenities and stationary like pen, paper cup, hand wipes. Barring the service of the hotel staff, the price of the Room and hotel location were Ok.

The environment of the hotel is super good, just outside the riverside park, the Yangtze River is right now. The hotel service is very considerate. We were 6 people, 4 big and 2 small, and we also delivered breakfast. I am even more grateful for helping us find a commercial vehicle at a very suitable price to send us to the Three Gorges Airport. The towels are new. Complete supplies. Very quiet at night and not noisy. Super satisfied.

Pros: comfortable bed, good location, good air cond probably Cons: i am sorry, what a filthy dirty hotel, from people smoking in the lobby, to the filthy lobby, full of cigarette smell, carpets coming off the floor, floor not vacuumed, lobby and room. My room smelt so bad with cigarette smell I was coughing all night! Couldn’t wait to get out the filthy place! Not sure where all the positive reviews comes from, room was cheap but you expect a clean room at least!

I came to Yichang with my friends and stayed at this hotel. It was very quiet and comfortable. There were many intimate gadgets at the front desk. It was very convenient to eat, drink and play around the hotel. You can also walk to the riverside for a walk. The lights for a walk at night are good-looking. Very close, great location! It's so cool!

Very good hotel, this is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in all the way, the room is clean and tidy, the front desk staff is very good, the service is good, the room facilities are complete, Binjiang Park, Taozhu Road Night Market, Railway Dam Snack Street is very close, praise! The most satisfying thing about the gun is that the hotel is spacious and clean, comfortable to live in, and the price is affordable. I heard that it is still a chain. The next stop to Changsha is also ready to live in their home.

We were upgraded in bigger rooms. the beds are large and comfy, the breakfrast is good although i don't recommend the orange juice. They have many different options for the breakfast toasts, cereals, eggs, sausages., bacon, rice, noodles, fruit and even salad. i enjoyed the corn bread. The rooms had a tea corner which was very cute and are modern. The shower gel and shampoo smelled.really good (from.essential oil). the corridors smelled.good with comfy carpet. A great find in Yichang ! if you have time, i recommend crossing the bridge and hiking in the park accross the hotel for wonderful views of the yangtze river.

The front desk lady Niu Xiaoqian has a very good attitude. I ordered the takeaway and used the robot to help us deliver it upstairs. The point is that breakfast is very satisfying to me! Let my aunt cook a bowl of beef noodles, add a lot of beef to me, and the noodles are also very strong. I will eat it next time! The housekeeper also specially helped to upgrade the room. It was great. The children were also very happy. Going downstairs and crossing the road directly to the river, there are various night views at night, all the way from Wanda to the hotel, and the first choice for eating after dinner. Yichang is a livable city, clean and hygienic, with good mountains and rivers and good people. I'll come back next time.
