客棧地處壺口鎮中心位置，距離遊客中心步行200米，客棧門口可以停車，一樓大廳寬敞，可以喝茶聊天，自家的院落，洗滌晾曬衣服，極為方便。周邊飯店超市一應俱全。房間清潔衞生，超乎想象（有圖為證）包括電吹風在內用品齊全。老闆是地道的陝北農民，樸實忠厚，言語不多，但卻很實在、熱心、周到，親自帶路引導去遊客中心購票，還提供廚房讓我們煮麪條，一次貼心滿意、令人難忘的入住體驗。

酒店價位超讚，入住體驗非常好，老闆夫妻非常熱情，把如何購票，吃飯怎麼省錢提前告知。旅店住宿安靜，房間內設施齊全，備品齊全，相對於價格來説礦泉水，拖鞋都有，房間床鋪軟硬舒適，被褥乾爽柔軟，旅途的疲憊一下消除

有零分沒，有零分我可以打個零分！
壺口的印象本來挺好的，被攜程和這裏的村民噁心到了，奉勸過來旅遊的朋友，千萬不要住這裏，也不要相信攜程的酒店預訂，明明村民家裡有好多空房，硬是搞成滿房，營造爆火的氛圍，然後哄抬價格，不知道平台始作俑者還是村民貪得無厭，這種品質的房子居然敢標500多，本着宰一個是一個的態度，遲早會付出代價的！
設施：民宿我也住過，沒見這麼寒磣的，連個燈都點不起亮的？淋雨的水有開水有涼水，就是沒有温水。抽紙沒有，衞生間廁紙剩下幾片，凳子沒有，充電器居然還要掃碼收費？
衞生：見圖，但凡早過來看一下也不會住這家，地上不知道哪裡來的水，用什麼墊子墊在地上，潮濕的要命。
環境：説是離景區200米，是説的距離遊客中心200米，實際上離景區還遠着，他們整個村子都在遊客中心旁邊，還得坐景區大巴到景區入口，景區附近有酒店，比這裏近多了。
服務：沒感覺有啥服務，因為壓根不需要服務也沒有服務。
總之，奉勸來壺口旅遊的朋友，不要住在壺口旁邊的村裡，尤其是這家，名不副實。
