Love this hotel even though the location is terrible, i love the staff, the hospitality, the never ending events they have, went to the rooftop bar to sit and chill with vouchers provided for ever 350 TWD spent. The individual onsen in each room was awesome. I stayed here twice in 2 months. Breakfast was wonderful! The waitress remembered us and our room numbers. They low-key kept a look out for a table for 6. Their restaurant was spacious, which makes the seating lesser and exquisite. Best experience ever. Will return if i go to Jiao Xi!

It was a good stay. It was not near the downtown of Jiaoxi, so it was quiet. One negative is the restroom is so tight and can be uncomfortable.

It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! This hotel really checked all the boxes for a comfortable and family-friendly getaway. The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe. The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played. Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit! The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day! The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea.

In room hot spring experience was excellent.

The hotel is a little far from the city center, and it takes 10 minutes to walk to Tangweigou Hot Spring. The environment is much quieter than the hotels in the city. In the outdoor bath in the room, you can enjoy the mountain view while soaking in the hot spring. The bathtub in the room is very large, more than enough for two people. Next to the hotel lobby is the outdoor swimming pool and outdoor public bath, as well as a sauna oven. It is really a great pleasure to bathe here. After 5pm, the restaurant also provides free soy milk and tofu pudding, which is very delicious. The only thing I don't like is that the corridor is black with white lights on the side, which makes me feel like I'm walking in a tunnel.

Overall very satisfied. For people who don't eat beef, it would be nice to have some more options in the meal. I feel that there is a lack of facilities for children to play. The only drawback is that the transportation is not very convenient!

The service attitude is very good! And the facilities are very new! There is also free all-you-can-eat tofu pudding. It is a restaurant that makes people want to go again. (I still have to praise the front desk for being very patient.)

A very cozy and compact hotel. The outdoor hot spring facilities are great. The cold weather is very suitable for bathing. The room is clean and tidy. Drinks are free and wine is also provided. There is also a facial mask. The hot spring pool in the room is very large. The hotel thoughtfully upgraded me to a higher class. Thank you very much.

The room type I booked is the Shanlan Room. The disadvantage is that there is a smell of smoke. Because the indoor hot spring area is an open space, you can hear the sound of people talking in the hot spring next door. Breakfast and dinner are provided. The hot pot for dinner is not bad, with seafood and meat. The meat that was served the first time was very dark. I asked the waiter to change it and it became normal after that. The overall environment and hardware equipment are pretty good. The location is relatively peripheral, but it is not too far to walk to Jiaoxi Street. If you are an older person on weekdays, Mostly, the breakfast is rich, the drinks in the refrigerator are free, and the TV has Netflix, YouTube, mobile phone streaming, and built-in movies, so you won't be bored. Remember to go to the open-air hot spring pool on the first floor!
