My stay at Guanshang Hot Spring Hotel was truly fantastic! The room was bright and comfortable, spotlessly clean, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch. I especially loved the green plants next to the bathing area, which made soaking in the hot spring feel incredibly relaxing and gave it a real vacation vibe. The toiletries provided were from Cha Tzu Tang, which added a touch of luxury and showed the hotel's attention to detail. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise – served until 1:30 PM, so there was no need to rush in the morning. The variety of dishes was extensive and refined, and everything tasted delicious. You could tell the ingredients and preparation were of high quality. A huge bonus was being able to continue using the hotel facilities until 6:00 PM after check-out, which made the trip even more leisurely. We accidentally overstayed our welcome a bit, but the staff didn't reprimand us at all. Instead, they were incredibly polite and courteous, making us feel genuinely cared for. From the accommodation environment and dining quality to the service attitude, every aspect left a great impression. It was a truly enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!

Very comfortable and reasonably priced. The only thing is I wasn't super impressed with the breakfast bento box. 😂 Everything else was great though! Both the public spaces and the in-room hot spring were fantastic. The drinks and snacks in the fridge being free was a really nice touch! Overall, the environment is definitely good. 👍🏻

The room was nice, clean, and hygienic. The bathroom had a private hot spring tub, which was quite spacious, easily fitting 2-3 people. The spring water was very comfortable. Breakfast was available until the afternoon, and both the variety and quality of the food were good.

I booked this for my family, and they had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the hotel itself was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. The kids also thoroughly enjoyed the game room and hot spring facilities.

On the day of check-in, we had a shuttle booked for 11 AM, but fearing traffic, we arrived early at 10 AM. We contacted the hotel staff, and she very kindly arranged for the driver to pick us up, which was a huge relief. Since I had informed the hotel beforehand that this was our honeymoon, they specially prepared some beautiful decorations for us, which I found very romantic. The hotel facilities were available for use from 12 PM on the day of check-in, according to their operating hours, right up until 6 PM the following day, which I found very flexible. The hotel's hygiene was excellent, and the complimentary drinks and snacks in the room were a delightful touch. For bathing, we had the freedom to choose between using the in-room bath or the public hot springs. The hydrotherapy jets in the spa pool were very powerful. The hotel also thoughtfully anticipated guests might be bothered by mosquitoes, as there were signs of mosquito coil use, and I wasn't bitten by a single mosquito during my stay, which I really appreciated.

1. I was so happy to experience the buffet-style breakfast, which was incredibly rich and varied. It's great that you can sleep in and still enjoy a delicious breakfast – super thoughtful! 2. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. 3. There's an entertainment room too, where you can play racing games, Switch, and board games. 4. The bed was really comfortable, and the air conditioning was strong enough. 5. The hot spring area was fantastic, and the changing rooms were very clean. 6. Overall, it was excellent value for money! 7. Among the complimentary snacks in the room, there was a snowflake crisp that was absolutely delicious! I only tried it after leaving Yilan and regretted not buying more. It wasn't sticky and wasn't overly sweet. I'll definitely stay here again next time and will recommend it to my friends – it's awesome!

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of attractions and restaurants nearby. The environment is clean and well-maintained. The hot springs are also quite unique, completely different from those in Beitou. The hotel breakfast was a fantastic surprise – very high quality, highly recommended!

The hotel has many facilities and hot spring pools; I especially enjoyed the fish spa. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was exquisite with a wide variety of options. The room was a bit noisy, but having a water dispenser on each floor was very convenient. There's a convenience store right next to the hotel, and it's a quick walk to the main street.
