If you're particular about cleanliness, you might want to reconsider. My friend even got flea bites. They don't clean the rooms daily, and there's no clear information on how to dispose of trash, which made extended stays a bit inconvenient.

I made a last-minute decision to take a short trip to Yilan. Arriving in Yilan at midnight, CIAO B&B was excellent – ​​I checked in on my own! 👍 I'm a bit of a clean freak, and the room was spotless and tidy. The bed and pillows were great, and I slept very well. I could walk to the Lanyang Museum the next morning. Highly recommended! I didn't take pictures of the room, but it looked the same as everyone else's online photos. However, the scenery outside the B&B was absolutely stunning.

Trip.com advertised this room as having an ocean view and a bathtub, but it neither had an ocean view nor a bathtub. I wouldn't mind if it didn't have an ocean view or a bathtub, but I booked it because it was advertised as having both. It's a shame, because the room itself was nice.

This is my second stay, and I can only say it's absolutely amazing! I can't help but recommend this hotel to friends and family. High value for money.

The hardware in the room and living room is of excellent quality, and the interior design is sophisticated, with the bathtub being a bonus. The coffee maker's water filling ratio could be improved; too much water causes the coffee to lose its flavor. The bathroom also leaks, which could be improved.
