Hotel Pin Jiaoxi

The hotel's facilities are great for families! The game room has things like a basketball machine, and there's even a library where you can borrow books – it was a pleasant surprise to find books kids would enjoy. The hotel rooms are also very clean!

The hotel service was excellent, and the location was vibrant yet peaceful. They offered complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks. The in-room hot spring was very comfortable. It's about a 10-minute walk to Jiaoxi train station.

The hotel staff were all really friendly. The afternoon and late-night snacks were a great touch; the douhua (tofu pudding) in the afternoon was delicious, and the late-night snack selection was almost like a simple buffet dinner. Choosing the 10 AM breakfast slot to get a 12 PM checkout was also a nice perk. The facilities were a bit disappointing though; the playroom didn't have much for babies or toddlers, and the swimming area was just a small, simple indoor family pool and an outdoor spa pool. The hot spring tub in the room was excellent. The room itself was a bit small; I can't really say if the bed was comfortable or not, but in the Wen Yang Family Room, two 150cm wide double beds pretty much filled up all the space. We'll probably opt for a loft room when the kids are a bit older.

The facilities were clean, but there were no slippers in the room. It's ridiculous to cut corners in the name of cost-saving. The afternoon tea and late-night snacks were an absolute joke; it's a waste of everyone's time to serve such low-quality food.

The room was incredibly comfortable, with a large bathtub perfect for a relaxing soak. The public facilities and pool were a lot of fun, and the kids had a blast. The afternoon snacks and late-night treats were also excellent and well worth the price. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends and plan to come back for another relaxing stay.

Perfect for a lazy getaway! We didn't plan any excursions; my partner, our child, and I spent all three days at the hotel. They practically provide all three meals here. While the food isn't out-of-this-world amazing, the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Afternoon tea and dinner were more like light snacks after a swim. The pools are incredibly clean and staffed with lifeguards, though parents should still supervise their children. I was amazed to find a spin dryer, hairdryer, and even fresh towels available in the changing rooms – that's just excellent! I'd happily come back every year.

The splash pool was a hit, the kids absolutely loved it! The children's play room was also great. Most of the staff were super friendly and enthusiastic, with only one exception. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and the late-night snack service all had a lot of people, but the food was consistently delicious. After check-out, we could only use the facilities until 3 PM. From 12 PM to 1 PM, all facilities were closed for a break, which was a bit inconvenient.
