Loherb B&B Yilan

Selected this hotel because we were looking for something located near padi fields. The accommodation is more like a boutique hotel than a minsu (homestay) with their beautiful landscaping and very spacious resort like rooms. It was therapeutic to sit at the balcony and look at the lotus flowers. I like the idea of the reception area below each block which provides free flow of tea and quite corner for guests to rest for those who check in early or late check out. The tea was nice. Regret for forgetting to check where they got it. And their bathroom was equipped with a dryer. We could switch it on after showering to quickly dry up the wet floor. What impressed me most was their service. Special thanks to Jenny who brought us Yilan biscuits when my friend mentioned she was hungry at the reception. And Lingzhen翎甄who made an effort to try to find a suitable adaptor for me when mine wasn’t working well. Last but not least, thank you Uncle for removing the adaptor from your computer to lend it to me to charge my phone. The staff at the restaurant were remarkable too, always prompt and smiling. Though they served sets for breakfast but you could request for add-ons with no additional charge. My friend ordered the eastern set and asked for yogurts from the western set, not only did they bring the yogurt promptly but also checked with us whether we need further refills. We would love to come back again and hopefully the French menu will be back! That was what we missed during our stay, they explained they were in the midst of reviewing their menu.

I recently stayed at 宜蘭日光綠築 and was thoroughly impressed. The scenery is absolutely stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway. The tranquility of the surroundings allows you to truly relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delightful, featuring a variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a serene retreat!
