Yunoyado Onsen Hotel Deyang Branch

I somewhat regret choosing this room type, as leaves and insects can get into the bathing area since it's open to the outside. As for soundproofing, it definitely won't satisfy highly sensitive individuals.

The room was quite small, which I expected, but its cleanliness was poor. The toilet had noticeable urine stains, which was disgusting. It was too late to call staff, so I didn't. I stayed for two nights, and on the second day, it was clear the hotel hadn't cleaned the room; they just emptied the trash. The bathroom towels weren't replaced with fresh ones, and the used ones by the tub weren't removed. On the first day, the bathroom light wouldn't turn off, and the WiFi didn't work. I reported it the next morning, and it was fixed. The room requires climbing a short flight of stairs to reach, which is inconvenient when carrying luggage. The soundproofing was quite poor; I could hear people talking next door in the morning. Also, the hotel doesn't provide bottled water, but when I asked, they said there's a water dispenser available. I probably won't consider staying here again. However, the breakfast provided by the hotel was good and quite tasty.

Located right on the main street, The East Hotel shares a parking lot with other businesses in the group. It's first-come, first-served, and the entrance to the parking lot is a bit narrow. The location is super convenient for shopping. The room was comfortable and clean, and the set-menu breakfast was refreshing and delicious – I especially loved the thick, creamy congee. Prices are a bit higher on holidays, so I'd recommend staying on a weekday if you can.

Birthday trip, my first time staying in Jiaoxi, and it felt so comfortable. The hotel is also very refined, and having a private hot spring in the room was fantastic! Plus, there's a different breakfast set every day. The hotel is also conveniently located near the train station, making it super easy to travel to other places.

The location is very close to the main street, and the room's hot spring bath is great – the tub is large enough for two people, easily. The bed is a bit firm. It's a shame that breakfast is now a set meal, and the taste and variety are just average.

The hotel offers a delicious afternoon tea buffet and a tasty Japanese breakfast. The location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk from Jiaoxi Station. The room has a private hot spring bath, which is very relaxing, and the facilities are complete, making for a great experience.

The hotel breakfast staff were incredibly polite and always smiling, making the start of the day very pleasant. The restaurant area even preserved the original large trees, designing around them beautifully, and they are very well-maintained – fantastic! The bathroom and soaking tub in our room type this time were quite spacious, giving a very comfortable feeling. 👍 However, there was a thick layer of dust on some counter surfaces in the room and under the bed, which might need more attention from housekeeping.
