The front desk general manager, Yang Yuqing, gives guests a very good feeling. He is very polite and service-oriented. The hotel executives are very professional. The rooms are decorated very stylishly. The air conditioning technicians and machine repairmen are very professional and handle problems quickly, which is worthy of praise. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of varieties, and the milk coffee is more suitable for Chinese stomachs. There is afternoon tea in the lobby and late-night snacks in the evening. The hotel also provides free laundry, which is something all hotels should learn from. It is really great. Recommended

GGuest UserRomantic in nature! It's amazing! Staying at the tent hotel completely subverted my imagination of camping! The tent has complete facilities and comfortable twin beds, even more intimate than many star hotels. At night, you can see the sky full of stars, and you can be awakened by the sound of birds in the morning, which really makes the perfect combination of 'wild luxury'. Inside the tent: the bed is spotless, there is a faint smell of sunshine laundry detergent ～ Bathroom area: separate bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toilet and shower room have no water stains and no smell, the towels are neatly stacked, and they are more than many star hotels. Enjoy clean and comfortable accommodation in nature. This ”wild but not dirty” experience is too rare ～ I will bring my family next time!

This stay completely exceeded all my expectations – a definite five-star experience! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering assistance with luggage, introducing the facilities, and making the check-in process efficient and thoughtful. They even provided helpful recommendations for local attractions.
The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The luxurious, soft bedding instantly melted away all my travel fatigue. The expansive window offered stunning city views during the day, and at night, it was remarkably quiet, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom featured a smart wet-dry separation, high-quality toiletries, and even disposable toilet seat covers, which was a thoughtful and hygienic touch.
The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, all made with fresh ingredients; the freshly prepared items were particularly delicious. For dinner, I tried the hotel restaurant, and the dishes were both beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. The waitstaff were patient and provided excellent recommendations, making for a truly delightful dining experience.
Furthermore, the hotel's amenities are excellent. The hot spring pool, with its clean water, was perfect for relaxing during downtime. Even upon check-out, the staff extended my check-out time, which was an incredibly thoughtful gesture and showed their dedication to guest satisfaction.
In conclusion, everything from the service and ambiance to the dining was impeccable. I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit this city!

EEva13I have nothing but praise for this hotel! Extremely friendly owners, they even upgraded our room for free! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The best thing is the hot spring tub in the bathroom, so relaxing! The location is convenient too, walking distance from the lake in one direction and to the town centre with many restaurants in another. On our next trip to Yangzonghai we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

There is a barbecue restaurant in the alley below the hotel. The taste is very good. I forgot what it is called. The lady at the front desk recommended it. We brought our kids here to play, they loved it and didn't want to leave.
Great hotel with amazing service. The facilities and equipment are very complete, especially many small details. There is a set of tea making utensils in the room, and free tea. It's very comfortable to soak in the hot spring and drink some freshly brewed tea. The design style is what I like. Thumbs up.
The sanitary environment is great and the water in the pool is always flowing. I soaked it at night, and saw someone cleaning it early in the morning. Very clean and reassuring.
The breakfast was also great. The waiter patiently and carefully introduced the various condiments. The variety of meat, eggs, milk, and rice noodles was also quite rich.
The hotel also offers great photo opportunities. I plan to bring my sisters along next time.
