房間一般般，衞生還行，前台服務很差！
房間有蚊子，致電前台，前台説打了葯了，不會有蚊子，溝通後讓我自己下樓拿蚊香，第二天退房還要還回去，下樓到了前台，前台，保安，服務員三個人在聊天

入住那晚前台年紀感覺比較大了，各種事情特別不熟練。
最最最重要的是，樓道里的安全出口指示牌壞了，四個指示牌，平均每個以四十秒每次的頻率滴滴滴個沒完，給前台打電話也衹是説讓保安過去看下，結果根本沒人來，前台也衹是一直強調跟保安説過了，去不去不是他的問題。服了。奉勸大家，出行還是找連鎖酒店比較好，至少服務有保障。

環境一般，設備老舊（2024年裝修，就裝修了這？）空調是沒見過的高中低三檔，沒有温度調節，而且沒效果，聲音還巨響。
