Hotel totally new! So everything is clean and ready to run. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff is amazing helpful and always smiling! Facilities are nice in hotel . The others facilities around are just starting. So hot spring is running but not yet finished and the amusement park also is not completely finished . Water park was not open during our stay. Western buffet and breakfast is average. We do not enjoy so much the foods and the diversity. Quality for the price is not at the level of Hilton brand yet. Should be improved. Maybe the Chinese restaurant is better but not try... (One important point to find the hotel you should go in the parking of the amusement park and drive to the backside... no tag for it... so ask staff to guide you)

We went the day before the hotel got flooded, so we managed to enjoy 2 days of swimming around the hotel lanes which was really fun! Unlimited swimming, hot springs and sauna. Although you’re not allowed to use any of these if there’s a thunderstorm so keep an eye out for the weather. The hotel should’ve warned the guests of flooding, or cancelled the rooms for guests’ safety, which was definitely a mistake on their part. However the staff response after the flooding was fantastic, they all kept calm and friendly despite many angry guests (which was to be expected as many had their cars destroyed). They were in the same situation as we were, trapped in the hotel lobby for days without power, but still tried their best to help the guests out as much as they could.

訂房間時知道這是一家2023年才剛開始營業的酒店。 服務：老闆人很好，幫我們升級了大一點的房間。第二天也十分熱心的指引我們吃早餐的地方。 環境：距離英西峯林景點非常近。平日裏應該是比較安靜的，不過由於附近有建築施工，一大早就被運材料的工程車吵醒了，不過也是瑕不掩瑜。 衞生：衞浴方面房內就有兩處，一個是可以泡澡的按摩浴缸（旁邊還有洗衣機），還有衞生間乾濕分離的按摩淋浴。洗漱的地方酒店用上了最近比較新潮的燈帶鏡，帶觸摸開關的，高大上的趕腳。 設施：必須先給床的尺寸一個大大的贊——住過別的酒店、它們雙人房三人房大多都是1.5+1.2米、或是1.3+1米的，而這家酒店的是1.8+1.2米的，特別少見，床墊的舒適度也很高。 住酒店無數了，但像這間帶超大陽台的還是頭一回，陽台有靠椅茶具，頭頂做了防雨棚。陽台與房間通過落地的四聯軌道移門分隔，兩邊的私密性都很高，陽台也十分適合有吸煙需要的住户，完全不會影響房裡同行的人。 洗澡的乾濕分離按摩房，玻璃門是雙合的帶弧度的那種。很牢固，密封性也是妥妥的。出熱水很快，不過自己不知誤按了哪裡、導致洗到一半花灑沒水了，衹看到水從按摩房下方出水，不過好在有頂噴，解決了尷尬。 入門玄關處天花板做了感應燈，半夜起夜超方便的，不用摸黑了，不過，感應燈的亮度在夜晚太亮了，會對其它不起夜的人有點影響，而且，建議能把感應燈設定成可以光線感應的——現在是不論白天還是夜晚衹要有人走過它就亮，但這一功能在白天光線好時是可以不必開啟的，晚上其它燈都關閉了才需要（第二天也和老闆説了這個建議了）。 窗簾是電動的，這個也是挺讚的，通過床頭櫃上的遙控器就能開關窗簾，十分方便。 至於放置按摩浴缸的房間，個人認為它的必要性不大——衞生間已經有按摩花灑幹蒸房了。如若有可能，把浴缸房改為一間茶室或多加一張床，又或者是簡易的動感單車之類的健身器材，可能實用性會更大一些。 本次酒店十分滿意，下回來時還會優先考慮這裏。
