The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very good, and the service was attentive. The waiter personally took us to the underground parking lot, and the security guard personally took us to the roadside to find a parking space. The hotel also reimbursed the parking fee.
The room may be newly renovated, the wiring pipe of the sink is unsightly exposed, the faucet of the wash basin is installed incorrectly, and water splashes everywhere! The decoration style in the room is indeed a bit earthy, and the color combination is hard to describe 😂

The overall design of the room is good and quite spacious. This is my second stay. The front desk service is good in all aspects.
Fault 1⃣️: When I was about to go to sleep, I opened the quilt and saw blood stains... (I forgot to take a photo) This was disgusting. I called the front desk and asked the room manager to come and solve the problem. I didn’t know if the person who came was the foreman. Look. After a while, he said, ah, the cleaners did not use strong decontamination when washing. Let me change you to a new quilt. That's it, and did not give any other solutions or explanations.
Disadvantage 2⃣️: When the aunt came to change the bed sheets and quilt covers, the removed quilt core was dragged to the floor. It is not a carpet, and she didn’t even take off her shoes to step in. Isn’t it dirty after mopping the floor?
Disadvantage 3⃣️: During breakfast in the morning, the kitchen staff was talking very loudly (complaining about other guests) and using extremely uncivilized words (swearing). There were not many people eating breakfast, so it was quite disturbing.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and the warmth and hospitality of the staff truly made it an unforgettable experience. A special mention goes to 刘贤英, 谭翠玲, and 龚武平 at the hot spring, whose exceptional service and genuine care stood out. 刘贤英 went above and beyond by sharing her personal preserved fruit snacks with my son when he didn’t fancy the oranges provided, a thoughtful gesture that touched our hearts.
Additionally, 毛有谷 at the reception was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation to the train station, ensuring our travel plans were seamless and stress-free.
The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the staff’s kindness and attention to detail that set it apart. Their warm-hearted service made us feel so welcome, and we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt stay!

Service: The service is very enthusiastic, the one-to-one butler service is very considerate, thanks to the butler Zhuzhu for helping us upgrade the room type. When we came back from dinner, the parking space in front of the door was occupied. The owner of the occupied car was notified to move the car immediately, so that we could park back in the parking space in front of the door. It was great👍🏻
Environment: The environment is large, but the parking lot is well planned, and we arrived early. The room we were arranged is also very close to the hot spring area and very convenient. I soaked in the pool in the room at night and the next morning, including two pools of water.
Facilities: Although the public pool is not open much, it doesn’t take long to soak, so it doesn’t matter. The water temperature is very comfortable, and it’s very comfortable to soak in bubbles on this day.

The room was very nice and large, and the breakfast buffet had hot soup powder.
This hotel seems to be the reception hotel of the tea farm. It is open to the outside world, right? Tea is only made around March. We don't have tea making now. We can visit the equipment, so we don't go to visit.
By the way, the red flag tea factory next door is very fun, the things inside are worth the money, you must take a look at it.

OOuminipaluoEntering the store, meeting the couple running a coffee bakery, very busy entertaining guests. The coffee shop is the same owner of the hotel. At first glance, there are people who are pursuing it. The front desk is equipped with Kafa double-headed second generation and Galileo mill. With Mingqian Jinbiao bean and Beichuan Banbingwei Matcha powder, different drinks have special cups, and the details show the pursuit of quality. Group purchase a cup of 9.9 American, the product is good, even the ice machine is hard ice.
The room facilities are very new, clean and tidy, no foreign objects including floor drains. The bathroom is designed with open dry and wet separation, but the water retaining strip of the open sink is unreasonable and it is easy to overflow to the opposite side. The small disadvantage is that there is no TV and refrigerator in the room. The towels are disposable, the linen is solved by the homestay, and the sanitary condition is good.
Private soup is a highlight of the room. The setting and lighting design are reasonable. Obviously, after professional design, the lighting UGR is properly controlled. The earth gun design does not understand this. The hot spring has an independent water meter limit. The homestay purchases from the south bank to ensure purity, which is different from the repeated burning of boilers in some nearby hotels.
Breakfast is of high standard, offering two choices of Chinese and Western, Chinese shrimp wonton noodles and Western brunch can be paired with optional drinks. The bread materials and production process in the store are first-class, and the decoration bar on the croissant is symmetrical. It is a level of obsessive-compulsive disorder. The price is far more than the same price in Guangzhou. When leaving the store, I specially purchased and packaged a batch.
Yingde Rosinxiang Mountain House is located on the shore of Xianhu Lake, surrounded by a group of villas, mainly developed by Dongyide Group, and the occupancy rate of villas is low. The larger hotel nearby is based on the style of Yifenglu, a combination of Chinese and Western style, but compared with the homestay, individuals are more inclined to the experience of a quality homestay. Nearby to Black Tea Valley and Star Camp are on the south bank, Red Banner Tea Factory and Chocolate Kingdom are not far from driving.

GGuest UserIt's a family run business. The rooms were very clean and tidy. There is a lift, so convenien. The owners were so friendly and helpful, providing us all information we need to explore the local attractions. They also sell tickets to the attractions at the cheaper prices than apps. During our visit, we encountered a problem on transportation. The owner drove a long way to pick us back to their building with no charges, so kind and really taking good care of customers. Highly recommend!

AAnonymous UserIt was a nice 2 nights stay in Ji Hotel Yingde. Very clean warm and quiet, we love the bamboo wooden floor and furnitures, which make it a bit of zen experience. Breakfast was OK, the wanton soup was nice and warm for cold morning warming-up with a cup of fragrant black red where the city is well known for. What surprised us was the robot food delivery, when we finished the day and order takeaways, it arrived at the front desk and then the robot helped to get it delivered to our room.
Free car park and helpful staff, definitely recommend.

Also, my sister accidentally sprained her foot during the trip, so the boss even drove my sister to see it. I’m really grateful. I will stay at their B&B next time I go there.

BBENJAMIN ROBERTThe hotel was very good - easy check-in (other hotels can be rather difficult these days due to COVID), and a very decent breakfast of pork noodles and coffee. The room was superb though - very neat and clean and beautiful, better than I expected it to be. There were lots of nice touches, like the room having a bluetooth connection so you could play music through room speakers, and some free tea, and drinking water on-tap. Service was very pleasant too.
The town itself isn't too exciting, but you're in easy reach of the cave and glass bridge and other attractions. If visiting Jiulong ideally it's best if you drive there, but taxis are cheap if you need one.

GGuest UserOn the way to the hotel, the housekeeper called to ask what time we would arrive. After we arrived, we checked in at the front desk and went to the villa where we stayed. The hotel is very large, with villas in every building. It is very quiet and green because it is in the mountains. The weather is very hot. As soon as I entered the door, I found that the air conditioner was already turned on and it was very comfortable. There is an indoor parking space. The house is beautifully designed and has a large area. There are three rooms in total. We stayed in two of them. One of the rooms is very large, and there is a hot spring pool in the yard. It would be very comfortable in winter 😌 We reported the problem, and the hotel staff came to help solve it quickly! The downside is that the nearby attractions are not very fun, the tea garden scenery is average, and the road is particularly difficult to drive. It's still good to be in the hotel!

I need to disinfect it myself. There is a lot of room for improvement in the garden greening outside the hotel. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and meticulous in checking each guest's epidemic prevention check-in and itinerary card. I like it. There is a train track next to the hotel, and the trains are quite frequent, so light sleepers should consider this.
The breakfast and lunch at the restaurant next door are also delicious, and the owner is a conscientious chef and a very nice person!
