There was a KTV downstairs. The roaring could not keep me awake. The alarm went off again at 1am. I didn't know what was going on. I put on my clothes and sat there all night. The hotel didn't even call to let people know. It was a terrifying experience.

不滿意：1，沒有冷水，洗澡時差一點後背被燙傷了。2，衞生間有一股刺鼻子的味道很重。3，沒有吹風機，頭髮濕濕的無法吹乾。4，沒有早餐。5，燈光太暗，看東西用手機的手電筒。唯一的好處就是，總枱美女很好，房子大，交通方便。

這個賓館我一共在裏面呆了不到兩個小時！有以下幾點問題：第一：停車不方便，需要停在十字路口斜對面的免費停車場第二：房間有異味：我進的第一個房間特別臭，我沒有入住，請前台小美女給我換了一間，第一個前台小美女還可以，態度不錯，換了一間沒有窗户的房子第三：房間有噪音：剛換的房間我以為是衞生間換氣扇的聲音，想的睡覺前關掉就好了，結果洗漱完關了衞生間的燈，才發現樓上的聲音更大，錄了視頻，你們自己聽第四：服務態度差：前台小美女幫我拿了行李箱，幫我換了有異味的房子，態度沒問題！但是，第二個前台是個男生，我打電話反映了我房間聲音很大，提出讓他過來看一下什麼原因時，他説他看一下，後面沒有迴應，12分鐘後再次打電話，他説是因為六樓的空調還是什麼原因沒記住，我問他怎麼辦，我沒辦法睡覺，讓他幫我解決問題，他説已經幫我換了一間房子，這間房子其他客人沒有説過這個問題，聲音過一會兒就好了，我問需要多長時間，他説他也不知道！後面我説要退房，他説等老闆來解決，沒等到老闆，我再次打電話，他説要退房就退，反正不退錢！
