First, the fresh air conditioning system provided a consistent, comfortable cool temperature without any noticeable draft, which was incredibly pleasant. Second, the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. My wife and I fully enjoyed having a 'space to ourselves after a long time of not living together.' We both managed to get almost 8 hours of sleep each night, which was absolutely amazing for me, given my chronic lack of sleep. Haha, it was really great."

If the water pipe is old and the water pressure cannot be raised, it should be repaired in time, instead of letting me take a cold shower!"

The water was crystal clear, and the temperature was perfectly controlled. Soaking in it completely relaxed our body and mind, and fatigue and stress dissipated with the rising steam. This trip to Tianmu Hot Spring not only earned rave reviews from my parents but also left me with unforgettable memories. The hotel is located in the city centre, which makes it very convenient for business trips and daily travel. One of the great advantages is the 24-hour self-service laundry facility for hotel guests, which is especially helpful for longer stays. This time, I would also like to give special thanks to the Duty Manager at the front desk for the warm assistance during my check-in process. The professionalism and hospitality were truly appreciated. I would also like to compliment the restaurant team. The breakfast service was excellent, with fresh and good-quality food, and the service attitude of the staff added extra value to the overall experience. The dining environment was comfortable and well managed, which definitely gave the hotel an additional positive mark.
