They arranged early check-in and late check-out as much as possible, and asked any questions during the stay. The response is also quick, even after working hours. I haven’t experienced such considerate service in a long time. I would recommend it to my friends to experience such service.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, the hotel was formerly the International Trade Hotel. It was simply renovated. The hotel environment is good, the room size is average, the price is not expensive, clean and tidy, the location is near the city center, shopping is more convenient, I am Trip.com Golden Diamond VIP, and it is flashing. The waiter had to pay a deposit of 200 yuan. In fact, there was no consumer goods in the room, and it felt unnecessary.

It's my first time to stay at Royal Garden. I feel really good. I've been to many hotels but none of them have the kind of service that Royal Garden offers. As soon as you enter the lobby, there are several staff members who greet you and deliver them to your room. The environment of the room is also very good. It was good and very clean. There were small loving snacks in the room, which was really heart-warming. When I left, they were even more enthusiastic. They helped us pick up our suitcases and sent them to the car. The service was really good.
