環境：環境優雅，空調製熱效果好，房間面積挺大的。ps提個小小的建議，衞生間是否能增設掛毛巾的架子，總體來説很滿意的一次出行體驗，好評。

路過英山，通過攜程預訂了英山瓏灣酒店，前台接待員態度熱情，出乎意料的是酒店非常的乾淨，設施不錯特別是洗漱的水熱非常的大，總之是一次非常滿意體驗和正確的選擇

酒店地下停車場挺大，地上地下停車都很方便。離高速比較近，適合自駕的朋友。房間夠大，枕頭，空調被蓋着很舒服。酒店離景區不算太遠，遊玩大別山主峯園區回酒店休息更好，或在縣城裡吃飯也更划算，也吃的好。空調下面的小掛鈎考慮的很細，但是衞生間沒有毛巾架不太方便。

2.13號晚上9點多的前台服務態度很差, 房間水壺有點臟, 想要點熱水很不耐煩、不搭理，態度很兇，直接説沒有，沒空給你燒。
