This hotel experience was such a pleasant surprise! It feels like opening a blind box and getting a hidden version. The hotel seems to be opened in a garden. The environment is quite good. Xiao Liu at the front desk is very enthusiastic and the check-in is super fast. The room was very large, clean and cozy, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a good sleep. I sent my mom the booking price and she said I had really struck gold! If you are traveling by car, don't worry, parking is very convenient. It is very convenient to eat and shop around, and travel is easy. The price-performance ratio is very high. It is very close to Liuxing Street, Han Street and Kazanqi. Whether you are on a business trip or traveling, you can't go wrong choosing this place! The price is worth it. Building 6 is very new and well-equipped. But the toilet does have a smell...because I laid out the things and was too lazy to change them, so I just closed the toilet door. I have to say that Yili Hotel is really beautiful. It has a small lake garden and history. The overall environment is really good.

If I could give zero points, I would definitely not give 0.5 points. It is the worst hotel in Xinjiang, bar none. It advertises itself as a five-star hotel and charges high fees, but its hardware facilities, service attitude, and sanitary conditions are far from five-star standards, and even fall short of the standards of a fast hotel. First, about hardware facilities. The hotel is like a temporary room renovated from an old building and is in dilapidated condition. During this period, we repeatedly confirmed with the hotel whether it was consistent with the main building in terms of service, sanitation, etc. The hotel's feedback was completely consistent. In fact, the charging standard is higher than the price clearly stated in the main building, but other things are far different. Second, about breakfast. The fees are the same, even higher than in the main building, but the meals are different in location and level. The main building looks like a standard star-rated hotel buffet breakfast. We ate in the mobile building and had to change the dining address. The food was indescribable and could be said to be the worst in history. The tableware was not cleaned properly and food residues could be seen everywhere. The service staff even used their hands to count the number of chopsticks, which was miserable. Third, the hotel cannot supply hot water 24 hours a day. It uses an electric water heater, and the water gets cold halfway through washing. Fourth, regarding sanitary conditions. When I checked in, the sheets were dirty, with unknown blood stains and hair. I asked the waiter to change them three times but they were still dirty. In the above many inappropriate situations, the hotel made no apology and the service attitude was indescribable. To sum up, everything should be based on facts and should not be confusing. If the hotel does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel, it should not deceive consumers and charge high fees.

The stay was very good and I was very satisfied. The front desk Wu Ying and Hani were very nice.
