It was veryy nice, people were polite and respectful. Although man in reception was very kind and helpful. I would like to come back:)

The inn is very clean and has a huge backyard! This year, there were also two dogs playing, which was great. This is our third year staying here.

The owner's cooking is delicious! The inn's location is also great. 👍

The only thing they were rude, because nobody there spoke english and told me to bring my own translator next time. Unappropriate.

Really nice hostel and the owner will do his best to help you. They proposed great tours that I recommend. You have shops and restaurants around and close to the railway station, which is nice because it is the picking up point of the tours.

Welcoming and helpful guy running the hostel, spacious common room with table and chairs, clean bathroom, laundry machine and kitchen available under commission, free hot water, drying reck and room. About 25' on foot from the train station. 6 door beds with lockers, no windows.

The location of the hotel is very nice, it is easy to reach the surrounding areas on foot. There is also a bus stop nearby. The wall in the shower was broken. The ceramic was broken and the concrete was exposed. It would look bad and also very dangerous.

It's very far from the station. There are very few restaurants and shops around. The hostel owner is drinking alcohol together the guests.

The reasons for the complaint are as follows: Room 201 had bugs. Room 205 had a loud, unavoidable heater noise. This noise wasn't mentioned on the details screen. The overall environment in both rooms was terrible, with bubbling floors, dusty walls, and poor cleaning. The amenities were incomplete, with no towels. The staff were poor. The overall facility management was terrible. For 109 yuan per night, there were no other benefits besides being close to the high-speed rail station. At night, there were many people washing things in the public areas, making it noisy. The overall management of the hotel was terrible, both in terms of the environment and the staff. The inn and the inn manager were rubbish.
