The location is good, the room is spacious and clean, and the staff is super helpful especially the male staff. The only issue is the sound proofing between units is a bit weak.

Honestly, the service was really great! I booked the room online when I brought my daughter to university, and it was excellent value for money! Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely stay here again. The location is convenient, parking is easy, and it's close to the old town – just a short walk away.

This hotel is super convenient and offers great value for money, especially with its diverse breakfast options. The staff are very welcoming too. Downstairs, there's the famous 'Jimao Huantang' restaurant, which is always packed. The location is fantastic, and it's easy to get to the Fotang Night Market.

Not too far from Fótáng Ancient Town, and parking is convenient. The room was quite clean, and the service was very welcoming. You can either go out to eat or order takeout. It's the off-season now, so there aren't many people around, making a stroll along the old street very pleasant. I initially got the wrong room and seem to have forgotten to take pictures of it; I only snapped a photo of the adjacent Jimáohuàntáng Hotel.

The room was nice and quite good. The service was warm and friendly, and the location was pretty good, with a private courtyard that made parking convenient. It's very close to the attractions. Plus, there's a breakfast that's quite varied and plentiful. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

The stuff are so niceeee! You can text and ask them question in trip.com and they will answer you immediately. The room is soo clean. They also provide charger for you. I love the vibe thereeee. The location is a bit hard to find. The entrance is on the left next to the hotpot place, go straight to the entrance and it’s literally right behind the hotpot.
Response from Property: Hua Yang Hotel thanks you for taking the time to recognize us. We hope you are in good health and everything goes well. Welcome to stay at our Hua Yang Hotel again. All our hotel staff will serve you wholeheartedly.

Room is modern, clean, and fully equipped with amenities, location is strategic, close to the ancient town and many restaurants nearby, but staff takes too much time checking personal identity, making us wait for 20 minutes and didn't offer anything (like drinks) when guest is waiting.
Response from Property: Dear guest, thank you for your review of the hotel! We deeply regret your experience during your stay at the hotel. Your valuable feedback is very important to us, and we will inform the relevant departments to improve the quality of our services. If you come here next time, we hope you can book this hotel again and give us a chance to apologize. Looking forward to visiting again!

Response from Property: Dear guests, thank you for giving Hua Yang Hotel a five-star review. Xiao Yang was designed and built by the well-known designer Mr. Gao Weimin. The overall style is fashionable and trendy, abandoning the traditional hotel model. All links are more humane and every detail is thoughtful. Thank you again for your trust and welcome to visit us next time!

The breakfast experience is 0 points. The hotel should know that it is full during the holidays, but it does not make enough preparations and manpower to deal with breakfast. The food is slow, the meal preparation is small, the table turning is slow, and the cleaning is too slow. There is too little holiday or high occupancy. I have a lot of operational experience, and it seems to be in a hurry, but it does not have a good impression on customers. I hope that the experience of this holiday will make you really prepared for the operation next time.

Response from Property: We apologize for the negative experience. During the May Day holiday, the hotel underestimated the pressure on its breakfast service system due to the surge in guest traffic. The contingency plan for staff scheduling and meal volume forecasting was flawed, resulting in substandard food delivery, food replenishment, and cleaning response. We have implemented three systematic improvements: ① We have established a part-time talent pool with local vocational schools, reserve staff at 120% of holiday bookings, and provide bonuses for employees switching shifts; ② We have assigned dedicated personnel to conduct 30-minute rounds to ensure food replenishment and have added emergency fast-food stations to ensure basic supplies; ③ Daily on-duty supervisors coordinate cleaning and food delivery on-site, dynamically adjusting service priorities. Recent reviews show no similar issues have been reported. We hope you will contact us to help us improve and provide better service to our guests.
