The room was clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly. It's quite close to the trade city, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Definitely recommend it for a good stay, a top choice for business trips.

For this price and location, it's great value for money. The breakfast is quite generous, with fresh fruit too. The hotel seems to have been converted from an older Hanting or all seasons hotel, and the lobby is very clean. There's also a laundry room and gym on the basement level. The room facilities are a bit dated, and the lighting is a little dim. Even though there are 'no smoking' signs, there's still a faint smell of smoke, which is probably due to inconsiderate guests. However, the service is spot on, especially for this price point – absolutely no complaints there.

Extremely satisfied! It's within walking distance to the business district, the room was super clean, and the surrounding area was excellent. The front desk lady had a wonderful service attitude. Plus, there's free coffee and free water.

This hotel is very close to District 3 of the International Trade City! It's within walking distance! There are so many restaurants nearby, you can easily find any cuisine you're craving! For getting around, you can just grab a shared bike anywhere. The room size is moderate and offers pretty good value for money. The ladies at the front desk are beautiful and kind, and their service is enthusiastic! One of them even has a really lovely voice!

The service was excellent; they came to clear the trash promptly. They also provide amenities like slippers, a self-service breakfast, and a washing machine. I highly recommend it. Plus, it's very close to the International Trade City, making it the perfect choice for tourists.

Extremely, extremely dissatisfied!!! Firstly, when checking in, I booked two rooms. Despite there being closer or even adjacent rooms available on other floors, they placed us at opposite ends of different floors! The room had an extremely strong cigarette smell, and the cups were all dirty; I didn't dare to use them!!! Secondly, and most absurd and unforgivable, they assigned us a room that was already occupied by a guest! This was for my own stay. When I unlocked the door, there was a man lying on the bed. As a female, it was incredibly awkward. After such a serious 'double-booking' incident, I am also very unhappy with the hotel's handling of the situation! We reported it to the front desk, and all we got was a perfunctory 'I'm sorry.' The front desk even added, 'Our guest upstairs might also complain.' A complaint is inevitable for such a serious incident, and since you already know this, why were there no remedial measures? And did this incident happen because of me? What did they mean by 'the guest upstairs might also complain,' trying to make me believe I was overreacting? We were in a hurry to leave, and after they gave us a new room, we didn't say anything further. However, from the time this incident occurred until the end of our trip, we never received any apology or remedial measures from you. Of course, I'm also unsure if you gave the original guest the same cold treatment! Thirdly, I was urged to check out before the official check-out time. The first day was already unpleasant, and I knew our check-out time. We also had our own plans and wouldn't hog the room. There was still no sign of apology during check-out. I originally didn't want to say anything more, but I can only say that your hotel's staff training and corporate culture are quite unworthy of Yiwu's reputation as a 'world city.' They even had the audacity to ask me to write a good review in exchange for a drink during check-out. Honestly, I don't need your bottle of drink!!! For a hotel like this, all I can say is that everyone should choose wisely!!!!
