As we read, we felt as if we were stepping into your travels those days. You mentioned that "the room wasn't very big, but it was quite comfortable"—this touched us deeply. You didn't measure us by size, but by "comfort," which is exactly what we wanted to give you: not spacious to the point of emptiness, but just enough to comfort you. And that blackout curtain, praised so earnestly, we can even imagine the satisfaction you felt when you closed it and slept soundly until dawn—this makes us happier than any design award. You specifically mentioned the enthusiasm of the doorman, and we conveyed it to him word for word. The usually taciturn man smiled for a while after listening before softly saying, "I'm content that the guest remembers me." In fact, every time he bent down to lift your luggage, every time he held an umbrella for you in the rain, it was his simplest way of expressing our care for you. And the receptionist who helped you with your luggage downstairs said, "I only made one trip, but the guest wrote it into their memory. I feel so lucky."
