At the end of the summer vacation, I went on a family trip, so I chose Junlan in Hidden Dragon Valley and booked a villa on the mountain. It completely exceeded my expectations. The lobby where we checked in was amazing. The water pool outside the glass window was said to be 30 meters deep and turquoise, and there were also castle rooms by the lake. What I have always told my children is that this time I will live in the mountains and be picked up by a shuttle bus. The room is very spacious and there is a bathtub on the large terrace. The room is still very clean, there is a Dyson hair dryer, and there are plenty of drinks and welcome fruits at the bar. The children’s favorites are the Happy Paradise and the infinity pool on the mountain. The indoor naughty castle is still very clean. My sister can stay in it for most of the day, which is best when the sun is shining brightly. In the evening, the park is not so sunny, and the projects outside are quite suitable for my sister. It is very humane for hotel guests to enter and leave the park multiple times. In addition, I also tried animal feeding, African drum teaching, water sofa and off-road vehicles, and there was still more to enjoy. The next night, I took my sister to see the light show at the door, and when I came back, I took the challenge of climbing the mountain on the ladder. I am very satisfied with this trip, especially the service ambassador Meng Qingwen, who provided us with various strategies before departure. He was really angry and considerate. I originally wanted to extend my stay, but my sister wanted to try the downhill castle style hotel, but she put it on hold due to other reasons. We will make an appointment next time.

It was very thoughtful. There was a dryer to solve the problem when the children wet their clothes while playing in the water. Drinks and fruits were free on the first day and everything was available. There were many shuttle buses, so we arrived quickly and didn’t have to wait too long. All the service staff we encountered were friendly. It’s a warm service. I had a lot of fun traveling with my family. The butler Fuhao also provided good service. Thank you~

這個度假村可以説是服務和管理最到位的！管家反應速度非常快，接駁車很多，高峯期也衹要等2分鐘，問任何一位服務人員問題都能得到滿意答覆，任何一位服務員對酒店的設施和安排都極為熟悉，絕對不會出現讓你不停問這個問那個的情況。而且活動安排很豐富，一天下來不夠玩，晚上還有篝火晚會，還給小朋友發仙女棒。房間是一居疊墅，依山而建，風景很開闊，房間面積很大，雙枱盤，陽台也很大，還有室外浴池和大沙發，吹風機是戴森的，冰箱飲料啤酒和小食每天都免費補充，給的礦泉水也是真心多，還有兩大瓶蘇打水，真的住到不想走！這次帶小朋友來過10歲生日，酒店給佈置了房間，到的那一天送了一塊三角彩虹蛋糕，正式過生日的晚上居然送了一個8寸大蛋糕！我都震驚了！入住第一天到得很晚，照明不是很好，長者家下台階摔了一跤，幫我們拿行李的許建英非常盡責，幫着攙扶長者進房間，塗碘伏，再送冰塊來幫忙冷敷，還通知值班經理來房間道歉並慰問，得知是照明的問題，第二天中午就沿途加裝好了兩個照明燈，這個反應速度真的是我住過酒店裡最快的了！考慮到長者摔跤不方便行走，就送了一頓正餐，也就是孩子過生日的晚餐，餐食很用心，白水魚、河蝦仁、小牛肉、竹蓀鴿蛋湯搭配營養又豐盛，能看出滿滿的誠意。雖然衹住了兩個晚上，而且開頭出了不小的狀況，但是整個酒店都拿出了最大的誠意來對待我們，真的非常非常滿意！也感謝管家Lucy和每一位工作人員的服務，也感謝攜程客服的積極溝通和快速響應！扶老攜幼度假首選！

酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，酒店位置優越，客房清潔人員也很親切，管家米婭很熱情，響應及時，提出的問題都能用心處理，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。入住很滿意，很適合遛娃！下次還會再來的～[愉快]

房間舒服，備品很不錯，度假區很適合帶孩子來玩，項目很豐富，可以玩一整天，夏天還能玩水。度假區空氣非常好，餐廳出品也不錯，晚飯兩天都在餐廳搞定。早餐品種全，口味也挺好的，就是人多的時候接駁車要等一會兒

過生日去宜興遊玩，住進隱龍谷，直接開啟了一場夢幻的度假體驗。踏入酒店，山水相依的美景就撞進眼簾，清幽雅緻的氛圍瞬間撫平我旅途的疲憊。 辦理入住時，Mia的服務更是給我留下深刻印象。她笑容燦爛，聲音温柔，業務也十分熟練，迅速就幫我辦好了手續，還熱情地為我規劃遊玩路線，詳細介紹酒店的特色活動，耐心解答我所有疑問。 房間佈置温馨又精緻，窗外景色如畫，推開窗就能聞到清新的草木香，晚上伴着輕柔的風聲入眠，格外愜意。酒店的餐廳菜品美味，食材新鮮，烹飪得恰到好處。離店時，Mia貼心地送我小禮物和生日都蛋糕，還叮囑我路上注意安全。這次旅行因為有Mia和隱龍谷，變得更加美好，下次來宜興，我肯定還選這兒！
