一場説走就走的旅行，在網上預訂了酒店，入住時酒店免費幫我們升級了帶陽台的房間，房間寬敞明亮乾淨整潔，服務也是非常周到，有專門的管家帶着我們一起入住還幫着提行李，酒店有專門的電瓶車接送去窯湖小鎮，太周到了，自助早餐品種齊全，味道鮮美，點贊👍

窯湖小鎮是新開發的網紅景點，選擇了這家新開的酒店。雖酒店不在景區裏，但有免費接駁車，還是很方便的。停車場也有好幾個，P1有充電樁但停車不免費。酒店周圍馬路都可以停車，是免費的。
前台辦理入住速度蠻快的，有管家帶入房間。給我們升級了帶陽台房間，房間很大，陽台很大正好對着對面小火車的倉庫。走廊和房間內還是稍稍有點裝修後的味道。環境設施都還可以。
要提出建議的是餐廳的個別服務員服務意識有待提高。煎蛋的那位阿姨，我要單面煎蛋，她給我放盤子裏的時候蛋黃朝下，連着兩次都這樣，她就説散了不是一樣吃嘛，那我要單面煎蛋幹啥呢？煮麪的阿姨服務不錯，能介紹她這檔口的菜品，還能告知小餛飩要稍等下。早餐的餐品還是挺豐富的。

來窯湖小鎮遊玩，入住窯廠度假酒店。酒店大堂很大氣，我們選擇的房間也很大。推開門陽台朝着山景，心曠神怡！值得一提的事，酒店的早餐特別豐富，選擇的很多。還有酒店的管家張聰先生對我們也很熱情和周到，我們的合理要求都儘可能的滿足，給我的這次訪問度假留下深刻印象！

酒店設施環境不錯，工作人員服務態度很好。前台辦理入住速度快，有什麼要求都能滿足，給酒店工作點贊。Yuki經理提前聯繫我們安排房間，滿足了我們的需求，感受性很好。景區夜景很美，平日也看到了煙花表演。一次很滿意的旅行，值得推薦。
