設施：不錯，有床頭燈，很喜歡
衞生：乾淨，被子床單有些潮，可以整改就更完美了
環境：不錯
服務：很好，前台微笑服務，關心人，笑容的傳遞會給人帶來好心情！打掃的阿姨很高效，熱情。做服務可能就是多那麼一句話，有這樣的酒店人員會吸引更多的回頭客的，辛苦是肯定的，但辛苦總是值得的。
基本出差住店現在我都會評價記錄一下，希望酒店行業越來越好。

怡萊酒店地理位置優越。就在汽車站旁邊，剛下車就可以放下行李入住，十分方便。酒店員工熱情接待，房間乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全，服務到位，以後來宜興就到這家酒店入住。推薦推薦

前台服務挺熱情的，大堂乾淨衞生，明亮，整潔，空氣清新，整體衞生很棒。房間格局很好，浴室乾淨，網絡很快，裝飾裝修風格簡約大氣，整體棒棒噠。強烈推薦的酒店。
