1、酒店的整體設計風格時尚簡約，佔地面積不大，但所有功能區都寬敞明亮，身在其中舒適自在；2、非五星級酒店，提供的是五星級服務。提前一天主動聯繫，提供詳細的入住須知，貼心確認到達時間和用餐預訂；到達時酒店管家出門迎接，引領入住，並贈送了免費升房的驚喜。每天都能看到年輕管家們的笑臉，家人一般的問候，賓至如歸；3、無意間在花園隱蔽的區域看到乾淨的貓窩、貓糧、飲水機和玩具。怪不得服務這麼棒，原來是一羣有愛心的人在用心經營！

設施：娛樂設施很多，民宿內還有麻將桌，桌球， KTV 和泳池，非常多的選擇。
環境：在一個臨近景區的村子內，景區比較小眾所以不會很吵，環境不錯，空氣清新。附近村子裏有很多小貓小狗，都很友好
服務：非常熱情的前台小姐姐小哥哥，有什麼問題都能及時幫忙解決，民宿餐廳的飯很好吃😋

當晚堵車很晚到達，前台很nice一直等我們，熱心安排好入住，知道我們第二天要去的景點，還熱心給了指示，讓我們順利拿到了內測票，超級開心！所説是民宿，裝修和酒店一樣，房間乾淨寬敞，早餐也搭配豐富，臨走還有伴手禮，性價比真的很不錯！

位置：我是一個愛爬山🧗♀️的人，正好路過宜興知道有大名鼎鼎的廿三灣，特意下榻了附近的聽澗二十三灣民宿。民宿位於宜興市湖父鎮，店離爬山的地方衹有5分鐘，很方便。
環境：早晨的空氣清爽透氣，在房間的落地窗看着古樸村子、竹海、秋意有種莫名的治癒感，店內的裝修可以看出也很用心，大堂明亮乾淨，整體設計感十足。
設施：不得不説這家店的設施配備蠻高級的，房間裏有小冰箱，有小音箱，浴缸等等，有一點細節是配有鞋拔子，深得我心。店內有酒吧、桌球、KTV、私湯泡池、投影設備，感覺挺豐富的，出來放鬆一下也是滿足愜意。
服務：前台小姐姐麥子姑娘友善可愛，她帶我體驗了當地的特色陶藝製作，整個過程被她帶得很開心😃很有紀念意義。這次的旅程還意猶未盡，下次再來爬山還來住這，山頂的景色和民宿值得推薦，聽説後面還有咖啡，期待

一個酒店居然23點後整個店找不到一個工作人員。電話打不通 前台沒有人 走廊全部黑的！就連販賣機都沒有！房間標40平 肯定沒有！一進去 房間裏還有蛾子。水沒了 打電話也打不通。入住體驗感極差！

這是一條很主觀的評論：
1、圖一是預訂時候的圖片，圖二是實際入住的房間，可以説是毫無關係。詢問管家後説這個户型有兩個房間，不太一樣。翻邊了攜程沒有看見一張這個房間的照片，投訴過後管家才在後台添加。隨後管家送來了果盤喝咖啡（平心而論服務還算到位，但不解決問題）房間小也就算了，這個房間十分吵，妥妥的電梯井房間。週末滿房也沒法更換。建議大家避雷306房間。
2、圖三是晚餐還可以，自己帶來的魚提出加工另付費，離店結賬也沒有另外付費；
3、圖四4—圖6為次日早餐，可以説沒有任何服務而言，主打一個碳水盛宴，空盤也不補餐。單獨叫的小餛飩哄搶而上，根本不記得誰要了誰沒要，取餐的時候小餛飩沒有了，説阿姨太忙了沒有時間做？週末滿房不應該1.5倍的量來備餐嗎？出來的玩早飯吃不是是客人的事情，酒店作為服務方就是做好萬全的準備，不是想吃東西的時候店家再給自己找理由。
4、門口的東北小哥和門口的停車大爺很熱心，停車就在門口引導。
夏天每週都出來玩水的人，本想再去嘗試一下同品牌的桐廬店，此行實在是勸退。

這酒店真心不值這個價格，1300的房早餐連咖啡都沒有，也沒啥可吃的。説是電動馬桶其實就是裝了一個加熱蓋，電動窗簾漏那麼大個縫，正好對着床頭，早上5點就被亮醒了。房間電話分機也沒有，晚上11點想要個枕頭，想聯繫服務員衹有微信，發了也沒人回，給了一個手機號也打不通，衹好自己跑下樓去找

住了這麼多酒店，民宿，第一次給差評，體驗感超級差的一次…先説服務，問一句答一句，答得還不是你想要的。這間店很偏，還好走了10多分鐘有家農家樂，還正好那天有開門，不然不知道吃什麼？5點半沒到就説不定晚餐了。説差2分鐘…無語…空調不能調節説統一制熱，晚上睡的又潮又熱，被子厚，蓋熱，不蓋冷，孩子帶了厚睡袋，熱…半夜11點半管家還拚命發消息，樓下ktv還在嚎叫…後來聽到隔壁也受不了了好像吵起來了。電視點播要自己付錢才能看。管家説可以調，進來弄了半天也沒弄成，穿着鞋在房間裏走來走去…看我們鞋都脱門口也不自覺拖鞋。發那麼多消息也不告知早餐幾點，還要我自己問。房間很簡單，想要的房間在裝修説不能定，1280/晚這個價格各個方面都真心不值。
