The hotel is located next to Longbeishan Forest Park, in the commercial center, very lively and convenient for travel. The reception and service staff at the front desk were warm and thoughtful, and the first impression was good. The guest room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. The washroom, shower, and toilet are divided into three rooms that do not affect each other. The dry and wet are completely separated. It is worthy of praise!

The hotel is conveniently located. Our room was clean and comfortable, with wonderfully soft bedding. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with the freshly made noodles being a particular highlight! The hotel shows great attention to detail and offers excellent value for money. My only minor comment is that the bed was a little too soft for my personal taste.

The room is well decorated. Every details counted. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I especially like the working corner and stuffed animals.

Advantages: The room is large, clean and comfortable, the breakfast is rich and delicious (it is rare to have a big pot of pig's trotters for breakfast, it looks great but I can't eat it 🤣), the front desk restaurant, guest room and all the service staff are very nice, the hotel is in a good location and convenient for travel. Small suggestions for improvement: the shower water is a bit small, the network is slow, and some buttons in the guest room are not very effective. One thing that is particularly worth praising is that there was a large demand for coffee at breakfast the day before, and there was a queue in front of the coffee machine. The next day, a coffee machine was added. The hotel has a strong sense of service, thumbs up.

I brought my children to Yixing during the National Day and chose to stay at Rongda, a very new hotel in the area. The moment I entered the room, I felt it was so open and clean, and the hygiene details were well done. The room control is very smart and precise, and the children are very happy. During the stay, Xiao Huang was also very considerate and concerned about the check-in situation. Any needs can be solved quickly. Big thumbs up 👍🏻 There is also a revolving restaurant on the 25th floor for breakfast. You can have breakfast while looking at the lake view in the morning, which is very comfortable. I will still choose here next time I have a chance to come!

The hotel experience is better than many five-star hotels. I still find something I am not satisfied with. I have recommended it to many friends and will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

I came to Yixing on National Day and found that the city of Yixing is really beautiful and the house price is not cheap. It may now become a tourist city. I feel that everyone likes to travel in the mountains. I went to Tao No. 2 Factory and Yaohu Town. I can really feel the emptyness of my soul in the mountains. If I usually come to estimate that the experience will be better, I originally wanted to live in a hotel in the mountains, but I saw the price and persuaded me to withdraw directly, so I chose this newly opened orange crystal. As a result, I saved half of the money and felt that the experience did not decrease. The hotel also provided free afternoon tea. Everyone was very friendly and took the initiative to say hello. In the afternoon, I happened to meet the peak room and it was not cleaned. Yongkuan took the initiative to lead us to enjoy afternoon tea. He also chatted with us to introduce food guides. He was warm and professional. Yan Lin also took the initiative to give a souvenir when checking out. We also reminded us to scan the parking coupons and feel the simplicity and enthusiasm of this small town. We were fanned by Yixing City. This time, because the trip did not go to Shanjuandong, Yongkuan invited us to come back to experience it next time. Of course, I will definitely stay in orange crystal next time.

The only thing I think is a little problem is the staff who make pancakes for breakfast. The attitude is very enthusiastic, but the efficiency really needs to be improved during holidays when there are a lot of customers. There are not too many people waiting in line for pancakes in the morning, and it takes a long time to wait. The process of making a normal pancake that does not require any additional ingredients takes three minutes.

The address is very convenient, next to Yaohan in the center of Yixing. There is a park downstairs with children's slides, swings, big slides, and sand pits. The parent-child room is well-equipped with footstools, toilet seats, children's slippers and toothbrushes. A fighter puzzle was also given when checking in to help the children pass the time~ The breakfast quality is also great, with freshly cooked wontons and noodles, and the Swiss roll cake is super delicious and moist. The only regret is that the hotel is too stuffy. The air conditioner has not been turned on uniformly during the May Day holiday. I can only open the window of the room to ventilate, and I woke up from the heat at night.
