酒店的氛圍很好，工作人員的服務態度好，能耐心的幫忙解決各種問題，房間乾淨衞生很寬敞，隔音效果不錯，晚上很安靜，休息的很好，住的很舒心

1.停車特別方便，周圍都可以停，還有專用停車場
2.熱水來得特別快，10秒以內！為數不多的效率
3.附近吃的很多，離小吃街走的話也就幾分鐘路程
4.酒店設施很新，有洗衣房，早餐種類也比較地道
5.前台特別熱情，見到我們帶小朋友還送了小零食
挺愉快的一次入住，下次來益陽還會住在這裏！

優點：
看網上好評多，並且是新開業的酒店才入住的，前台小姐姐的服務態度很好
洗澡的淋浴頭水很大，洗澡很舒服
有早餐，不用到處找早餐店，但我們我們沒去吃，所以不知道味道怎樣
窗簾是自動的，早上不用特意下床去開窗簾，很方便
洗臉的是一次性的，很乾凈
不足：
房間一進去就有小卡片，讓人很反感
房間隔音非常不好，能很清楚的聽到隔壁男生和女生説話的聲音
被子上有黃色的類似大便的印子，但入住時很晚了，而且是雙人房，另外一個床有一個被子可以用，就沒有叫前台更換了，但是噁心了一晚上。今天早上起床，一坐起來發現我們蓋的這個被子竟然也有，我的心情😭
房間太小，很壓抑
以後不會再入住了，避雷

酒店位置不錯離市中心很近，停車非常方便，旁邊就是湖南城市學院，有個小吃街超級多美食，房間衞生很乾凈空氣好，床鋪整潔柔軟沒有異味，前台服務態度很好。
