除了房東服務態度好些外，沒啥優點，房屋斜對面有墳頭，還有這出租房的電路不行晚上準備睡覺就跳閘了，房東弄了一次後，不到5分鐘又跳閘停電，原因是冬天都開空調，電線和空氣開關過載了，這次房東讓等一會後，因為大累睡著了直到起床醒來仍然是沒電，刷牙換衣服都衹能拿手機當電筒，住了這麼多民宿，就算一百多塊的也從沒有出現停電開不了空調的情況，這當一個教訓這裏再沒第二次！

設施比較陳舊了，樓高八九層，沒有電梯，水龍頭的水開了好久都不熱，枕頭太軟了。春節期間376元的標雙，着實有點貴，沒辦法，剛從莽山下來，又冷又餓又累，忍了。

酒店非常方便，出去就是鬧市晚上非常美，設施比較新，房間乾淨，毛巾都是獨立包裝的，值得推薦，去附近遊玩非常方便
