房主回覆問題相當快，給的定位很準確，小區環境很大管理的也很乾凈，安靜。晚上樓下走走很舒服就是氣温低有點冷，房間很明亮乾淨和圖片完全一致，就是主卧的空調力道不是很大有一點冷，客廳的立式空調很給力，住了兩個晚上本來以為要付停車費，居然是免費的！下次還會去住。

公寓很温馨，有回家的感覺。小區免費停車，交通便利，從南京牛首山出來開車過去大概40分鐘，公寓距園藝博覽會十幾分鍾路程，距金牛湖野生動物王國四十分鐘路程，距揚州四十分鐘路程，幾條路路況都很好，公寓寬敞舒適，家電齊全，適合帶長者孩子全家出行，老闆很熱情，有問必答，服務周到，會推薦給周圍的朋友們。
