I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. It was incredibly convenient to have everything within walking distance. Accommodating Room Requests: I was pleased with how well the hotel fulfilled my room preferences. The staff was attentive and made sure that my requested room type was available, ensuring a comfortable stay. Friendly Staff: The hotel staff members were incredibly warm and friendly. They greeted me with a smile and were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their helpful and welcoming attitude truly added to the positive experience. Areas for Improvement: Breakfast Variety: While the breakfast served was decent, I felt that there could have been more variety in the menu. It would be great if the hotel could offer a wider selection of options to cater to different tastes and preferences. Overall, I had a great experience with the Pop Sangaji. staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were so so. The room was clean, and perfect to take a rest. Near tugu jogja and malioboro. Cons only television need to repair

Me and my family had a pleasant stay at Pop! Hotel Timoho. Good price, quite spacious bedroom, affordable breakfast, and excellent services. They provides hair-dryer and steam iron to be used (if the customer's requested directly to the reception). The laundry is also affordable! Across the hotel, there's a nice cafe and several tasty restaurants located around the corner.

For a 2 person room with very minimum in-room facility, I feel like the price range is a bit too expensive. The only plus side of this hotel is that the location is indeed near Malioboro street and the staffs are friendly. Other than that, the hotel is a 'meh'. The room is a bit dusty when I first enter it, the bedcovers have spots, and one of the blanket had scratches. The hotel also didn't provide a full basic intenary (slippers, dental kit, shower cap, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion). For a 420K IDR per night, that's absolutely outrageous (I only got 2 towels, 1 soap, and a little shampoo pack). There's no kettle inside the room, and I only got 2 bottle of mineral waters. I went out until past 3 PM, and my room wasn't cleaned (eventhough I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights)! And the thing that annoys me the most is that there's no phone that allow me to call the receptionist. Instead, they only had this sticker on the wall that contains the hotel WhatsApp number and LINE ID. But even with that, the receptionist didn't pick up my call when I called them to ask for something. I even tried to search their LINE ID, but it said 'this ID doesn't exist' inside the application. Overall, this hotel needs a lot of in-room facilities upgrades.
