Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama Minatomirai Premier

Our stay was fantastic, this is definitely the top choice for anyone visiting Yokohama! The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a few minutes' walk to the Minato Mirai shopping area, the subway station, and the waterfront promenade. It's incredibly convenient for both transportation and sightseeing. The room was spotless and modern, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the view of the city/harbor was excellent, creating a truly relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast selection was extensive, with both Western and Chinese options that were very much to our taste. The facilities are new, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, allowing for a very flexible itinerary. Whether you're traveling as a couple, with family, or for business, this hotel offers great value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Yokohama!

The room is spacious and offers a view of Mount Fuji from the window. Yokohama Museum of Art and Mark Is shopping mall are right outside. The closest subway stations are Minatomirai Station and Sakuragicho Station. At night, there are some motorcyclists who like to rev their engines, but it doesn't disturb my sleep.

The hotel is excellent and very new. The pool is also fantastic, with an outdoor section. The lobby is on the 20th floor, giving it a stylish hotel design. It's definitely one of the better hotels in that area.

Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama is truly top-notch in every aspect – environment, facilities, food, and service. It's also super convenient for visiting all the major attractions in Yokohama, and the staff are incredibly friendly. We had a bit of an incident: after checking out, my son was really upset because he'd lost a baseball cap that held immense sentimental value for him. We went back to the hotel on a whim, just hoping. The front desk lady was incredibly patient. After hearing our story, she personally took us around to search different areas and logged the incident. And wouldn't you know it, perseverance paid off! We got good news from housekeeping – the cap was found! We were so thrilled and grateful. In our excitement, we completely forgot to ask for her name. I was a guest in room 2612, and I want to express my thanks again! This trip to Japan left our entire family with such wonderful memories. I believe that even years from now, our 3 nights and 4 days in Yokohama will remain unforgettable.

This is a great new hotel with an outstanding breakfast and a delicious afternoon tea. When we visited, it was snowing, and after the sky cleared, we could see Mount Fuji from our room. The lobby is also beautiful. It's mostly frequented by local families and couples. The hotel is located directly opposite an art museum, making it a prime location.

Overall, the location is quite convenient, and the room was clean. However, the price doesn't really match the room's amenities. Everything felt quite old and outdated. The exhaust fan couldn't be turned off at night and was incredibly loud. We checked in late, and there was no clear signage or directions at the entrance, so it took us a while to find the check-in area. For hotels in the same price range, Yokohama offers many better options. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
