Hotel Comento Yokohama Kannai

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and features a fresh, modern design. From top management to the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were particularly touched by how efficiently and appropriately the hotel handled incorrect room information provided by the booking platform, saving us a lot of hassle. There are also supermarkets like Lawson and AEON nearby, and transportation is convenient. Having stayed in many star-rated hotels in Japan, Yokohama Kannai Comento comes highly recommended!

I saw this hotel recommended by an influencer on Xiaohongshu, and it's perfect for families with multiple children because of its king-size bed plus an upper bunk. The hotel has a hot spring on the first floor which is incredibly relaxing, and my kids went every day, then grabbed a drink afterwards. On our last day, we even dined at the hotel, and the food was delicious. There's a subway station within a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient. Although it's not in the city center, it was a perfect fit for this trip.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and hygienic. Plus, we could enjoy a hot spring bath, which the kids absolutely adored!

The hotel is quite new, and the room is spacious enough to open three large suitcases. It's fairly convenient, about an 8-10 minute walk to the subway station. However, if you're transferring to the Minatomirai Line at Yokohama Station, you'll have to walk quite a distance from the west to the east side. The breakfast is just average, with limited choices.

The environment was very comfortable and clean, and the location was excellent! We stayed in a bunk bed room for four, which was perfect for two adults and one child. It was very convenient and spacious enough to open three suitcases at once.
