Great hotel in a great area, really happy staying there although it’s slightly more pricey than others Nice view too

The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes away from Shin-Yokohama Station. There is a street of restaurants and a 24-hour convenience store nearby. I was surprised that there was no wardrobe, but the overall space was sufficient.

It's located right next to the Shinkansen exit of Shin-Yokohama Station, so it's easily accessible! It was also very clean after it was renovated. Also, many people use it as a base for lodging when they're going to a concert.

I stayed here near Shin-Yokohama to go to a live show. The room wasn't large, but it was well-cleaned and had a nice feeling of sanitary condition, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind. The location is good and there are many restaurants so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, so I'd like to stay here again.

I used it for a concert this time. It's close to the station and the staff were friendly. I'd like to use it again on concert days.

I stayed overnight after a concert at Yokohama Arena! Best of all, it was on the way to the arena from Shin-Yokohama Station, and it was right nearby, so I was able to leave everything I didn't need for the concert, which was convenient! The arena was also close to the hotel, so I found it easily and didn't get tired. The Japanese breakfast was delicious and just right for a woman! There were plenty of places to eat around the hotel before going to the concert, so I was able to fill my stomach before going. I'd like to use it again when I go to a concert.

I stayed here for an event. I had to return on the Shinkansen early the next morning, so I think it was very close to Shin-Yokohama Station and good value for money. There's a pharmacy, convenience store, and commercial building nearby, so it's convenient. Depending on the time of the event, most of the surrounding shops are closed, so there's only a convenience store, but it's enough for buying drinks. I'd like to use it again.

This is a clean hotel. I use it occasionally. This time, the shower was weak or not working at all. Could it be because it was being used in the next room? Other than that, it's always a comfortable hotel, so it's a bit disappointing.

This hotel has a beautiful environment, well-equipped facilities, and friendly and professional staff. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the atmosphere is warm and comfortable. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the location is convenient. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!
