The location of the is near to yokohama station. Very convenience to move around. The room quite small for two person. Overall give the location should be no issue for returning to this hote

Happy with my stay overall. Convenient location, helpful staff and comfortable and convenient room. Good value.

The bed was comfortable and big but there was stain on the pillow and bedsheet. The room was quite dark although all lights were on. At night, it was rather annoying to have small tiny lights everywhere. Green lights at the switch, yellow light on the fire alarm and red light on the tv (traffic light colors?). And the light at the corridor was shining into the room very brightly because the gap between the door and the floor was too wide. We could also hear footsteps and people laughing in their rooms through that gap (we're light sleepers!). There were not enough hooks in the room and no hooks to hang clothes in the toilet. The water heaters were not consistent and there was no signage in other languages which side to turn to get hot water. The amenities were disappointing as there's no sachets of coffee or tea given. I do understand there is a coffee shop downstairs but it wasn't open due to public holiday. The receptionist must be tired working as she was rather unfriendly when we asked if we could leave the luggage behind after checked out. Maybe the hotel could allow customers to leave their baggage while they explore the city.

I requested early check-in 3 months back but they are very reluctant with the check-in timing. They did not even allow check-in before half an hour. Also, I have booked breakfast for 5 days, and I thought it would be a buffet breakfast, but in reality they give you a bento box, which is not Vegan or vegetarian-friendly and i am Vegan so i wasted my money in breakfast. I advise not to book breakfast, in same price you can get better option anywhere else.
