Room & cleaning service
Room was clean and tidy. Every day i received fresh towels, pajamas, slippers and bottle of water regardless if i chose no cleaning or cleaning. Even if i set no cleaning, they will check multiple times a day, so if you change your mind during the cleaning hours, they will still clean your room later.
Breakfast
Breakfast service is done via coupons for Starbucks which is located on the 1st floor (ground level). After a few days, I've tried every option so it gets boring fast. Also, coupon is worth 1200 yen, so anything over that, i paid extra. I don't mind it, but more variety would be better.
Features
Great feature of the hotel is that the reception is on the 3rd floor, so there's much more privacy when coming in from ground level to your room (rooms are on on floors higher than 3). Check in/out is done via a self-service terminal. There's staff that will help you if you get stuck. They were always friendly and eager to answer any questions. Hotel also has a laundry service operated via coins (100 yen coins). No complaints there, clothes got washed and dried very nice. Just be mindful of others and get back to washer/drier on time so you free up the machine for others to use.
Location
Hotel is located next to JR and Keikyu train stations and next to bus terminal. So going anywhere is super easy. There are plenty restaurants around and you will never be hungry. Family mart works 24/7 if you're interested in late night snacks.
