Jr East Hotel Mets Premier Yokohama Sakuragicho

This was my second stay at this hotel. I rebooked because my previous experience was so good. However, there were cleanliness issues in the room, and despite speaking with the front desk, the problem was not resolved.

The location is excellent, right outside Sakuragicho Station. The rooms and facilities are relatively new, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The only downside is that there's no bathtub liner, so I didn't dare to take a bath.

The room was even better than I expected – more than enough space for one person! Aside from some cars speeding on the street at night, everything else was perfect. The hotel even gave me some refreshing drinks and chocolate to ease my fatigue. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yokohama!

The hotel's location is excellent, with JR and Blue Line subway stations right next door. There's a large supermarket and a shopping mall nearby, making daily life very convenient. I was very satisfied with the room I was given; it was quiet and comfortable. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, the taste was good, and I didn't get tired of it even after several days. I'll definitely prioritize staying at METS for future trips.

Overall, this is a fantastic hotel. It's right by the subway exit, very close to the port, and surrounded by shopping malls. The room is quite spacious, newly renovated, and the bathroom layout is excellent. The mini-fridge even came with complimentary energy drinks and sleep-inducing chocolates. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

The hotel was excellent overall, just 5 meters from Sakuragicho Station, practically right on top of the subway. It was very clean, and the room was spacious enough. However, I found Sakuragicho Station not as convenient as I'd hoped. For those looking to use JR lines or go shopping, staying near Yokohama Station would be much more practical. There was a young Japanese gentleman at the lobby who was incredibly helpful, but in contrast, another female staff member was a bit mean.

Had a wonderful stay here! The location is super convenient, and they provide plenty of amenities. Service was prompt and efficient. As a first-time guest, I even received a welcome drink and chocolates, which was a lovely touch. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money. Highly recommend!

Our first night in Japan completely exceeded our expectations! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the service was excellent. We could get almost everything we needed for our stay from the front desk. We'll definitely choose this place again if we have the chance.

Great value for money on weekdays. The location is excellent, right in Sakuragicho and very close to the station. It's clean, and the single room is perfectly adequate. The bathroom is spacious with a separate wet and dry area, which means the room itself is a bit more compact, but it's fine for one person. The view is nice, you can see local landmarks.
