"The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel isn't very frequent, especially the one going to the airport, which only runs in the morning. If you have an afternoon flight, you'll have to take a taxi. It feels more suitable for those traveling by car. On the plus side, you can walk to Hoshino Café. The hotel's restaurant has good food and service, but there are queues for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and no one told us we could call ahead to reserve a table. Water activities also require reservations, and they don't accept phone bookings; you have to go early in the morning to get a spot, which is a bit too primitive 😂. The beach and pool are beautiful, and the rooms are well-maintained. The off-season price seems reasonable."

"Hello! This is the best hotel in my life, because it is spacious, very clean, and most importantly, has a beautiful sea view. We stayed in a large room. Despite the high humidity, there was a dehumidifier and an air conditioner, which created an excellent microclimate. The room hygiene was amazing — they cleaned every other day. The room had everything we needed (except for an iron, but that’s a minor detail). We had a room with a sea view. The sea was visible not only from the balcony but also from the bathroom. That was simply amazing. We had breakfast at the hotel. The price was justified. Everything was very tasty, with a large variety. We went to a neighboring beach for swimming, but sometimes we also swam near the hotel. Yomitan is a very quiet place, without unnecessary noise. Necessary shops are nearby. It’s a pity that many places close early, but again, that’s a minor issue. We didn’t have a car, but we managed — we took the bus. A couple of times we went to the American Village. It took about 30–40 minutes. We also took a tour around the island, including the aquarium. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you very much for your hospitality! We hope to come back."

"I want to first commend the front desk staff, a young man with curly short hair. Despite the language barrier, he was very friendly and proactive in helping us! The hotel rooms are spacious; even the double rooms feel like they could fit four beds. This provided ample room for our several-day trip! Absolutely essential for families with children! The refrigerator is also large, with both freezer and refrigerator compartments for plenty of storage, and there's even a microwave in the room!! I absolutely loved that 😘 We booked three rooms, and in one of them, we found several ants on the bed 🐜. However, after informing the front desk staff, he quickly offered several solutions and patiently confirmed with us whether each was acceptable."

"Hoshinoya's service was first-rate. I highly recommend the horseback riding, which was a unique experience. The infinity pool is beautiful, and there are plenty of snorkeling spots nearby. The kids had a blast, and the service was excellent. The restaurant was plentiful, and the surroundings were beautiful. The only downside was the Wi-Fi wasn't working, and they couldn't fix it. The hotel immediately offered to change rooms, but I didn't consider it due to my heavy luggage. Even if I did, the cost of cleaning wouldn't be cheap. They suggest better equipment management, and Ctrip did everything they could to accommodate. Thank you so much! This was the only time I wanted to give a negative review, but I changed my mind because of the excellent service at Hoshinoya. I maintain my high rating and recommend it!"
