"Отличные апартаменты, до моря 20-30 минут пешком до хороших пляжей. Вокруг есть магазины, кафе, рестораны, пекарни, остановка автобуса тоже рядом.
Для повышения качества и удобства не хватало для готовки масла для жарки, соли, сахара и кофе с чаем на первое время. Так же желательно кастрюлю побольше для супа. На верхний открытый этаж можно поставить шезлонги с зонтиками и барные стулья. И побольше бы вешалок для одежды, на семью мало сейчас

"I didn't receive the hotel check-in information before check-in. I don't know the room number and door password. I was a little embarrassed after arriving, but the room space was a few large, the double bed was big enough, and the kitchen utensils were complete."

また、テレビがとても大きく迫力のあるものでした。
残念ながら今回宿泊期間中は雨でプール等の外の設備を使うことができませんでしたが、また機会がありましたらご利用させていただきたいと思います。

GGuest UserI really enjoyed my stay (8 nights) at Condominium Yuyuki. The checkin process was easy and the staff is very nice. I have everything I could possibly need in the room and I’m close to a grocery store. I needed to work during my stay so I really appreciated the quietness of the place and the reliable internet. You’ll need a car to get around for sight seeing in general in Okinawa and there is an authentic Mexican restaurant Sabroso nearby and the food there is very tasty!

ままる/旅行大好き20代The number of drinks and juices that you can enjoy from check-in to 21:00, and the most happy thing is snacks.
There is a nice lounge where you can enjoy prosciutto, smoked cheese, donuts and ruby chocolate with alcohol, not the usual snacks, but children can enjoy.
There is a pool, and you can take it to the pool side and enjoy it!
The breakfast was very delicious.
The room was also very large, comfortable and elegant hotel stay.

AanddyyLarge hotel with spacious rooms, though a bit dated but clean and well maintained.
Nice beach and great sea views from the rooms.
But there are many limitations, especially for foreign tourists and those without a car.
First of all, this place is rather remote, though not very far from Naha city but getting there will take about 2 hours on the Airport Hotel limousine bus , fare is ¥1430 per person, and there are not many services per day, if you miss the bus, you have to walk 30 minutes to Yomitan village to take the public bus, which takes more than 2 hours to Naha, or pay through your nose with taxi which costs more than ¥12,000.
Almost none of the staff are able to converse in English effectively, reception staff will need to translate with an I pad and show the translation to customers.
Being a large international resort hotel , they are extremely strict with the check in time, our limo bus arrived at about 1.30pm , when we asked to be checked in ,the reception staff said ok, but she told me ”early in 3000”, which I couldn't understand initially, she later showed me on her I pad , which displayed ” early check in fee ¥3000 for 1 hour”, there is no way to get a check in on arrival without paying a fee if you arrive early, even when the rooms are ready- which is unthinkable for anywhere else in the world !
It appeared that all guests arriving early decided to wait in the lobby till 3pm.
Guests were not even offered any welcome drink, which was unthinkable for a resort hotel. Each room here cost more than ¥30,000 per night .
Many other cons , which are rather unacceptable for foreign tourists-
All the TV channels are in Japanese.
Rather far away from any eating places , and not many choices.
In rooms - the aircond cannot be set lower than 22 degree C , there is no shower cap and spoon provided.

DDannyOur recent stay at the Grand Mercure Okinawa Cape Zanpa Resort was memorable and enjoyable. While the location does require driving to access nearby conveniences such as restaurants and stores, the hotel itself offers ample amenities that enhance the experience. The breakfast selection is exceptional and not to be missed, catering well to a range of tastes and preferences. Families will find the resort particularly appealing, with child-friendly facilities that promise a fun and engaging stay. We were particularly taken by the variety and popularity of the snacks and drinks offered at the open bar on the first floor. We look forward to returning during the summer season to take full advantage of the water park and pool facilities. For the onsen, I was fortunate I was able to purchase tattoo covers over the reception counter.

MMsBeh94Located slightly off the main road but easy to find via Google Maps (we drove a rental car ourselves). Plenty of free parking spaces. Smooth check-in & out process with house rules clearly written in English, the attendant was kind & understood simple English words so no communication issues. We had a clean, spacious room for 3 adults (good for 4; futons are in cabinet) in a traditional meets modern room type with full amenities provided (collect toothbrush set, slippers, etc from concierge). Breakfast was a local Japanese spread (don’t expect too many choices but decent in flavour) in a traditional Japanese teahouse - loved the vibe! Entry to the theme park was free (already part of hotel fee) & was a relatively quick walkthrough - there are some areas of workshops like painting your own shisa, so worth a check if you’re into crafts. The theme park was yokai-themed when we were there in early Sept so it added an element of spookiness to it, we missed the projection at night - it would’ve been a sight to see. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at affordable rates & we’ll be back if we’re ever in Yomitan.

There was no information about amenities on the website, so I emailed them and received an answer the next day.
I had trouble finding the hotel on the day, so I called them and they told me where it was, and I managed to find it.
There was a sign in front of the hotel, but it wasn't a hotel-like building, and the entrance was like an ordinary house, so it took courage to ring the intercom.
There was a room with a lock when you enter the entrance, which was like an ordinary house, but I think it was probably originally an ordinary house.
There were some places where the floor looked like it was about to dent, but it seemed to be properly cleaned.
My child said there was hair on the bed and ants on the floor.
There were towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the bathroom, but the shower and faucet were difficult to use because you had to turn the faucet every time.
There was a hair dryer in the room, but no toothbrush set, etc., and although Wi-Fi was free to connect, there was no TV in the room.
We were told that we could use the living room freely except from 11pm to 7am, and it had all the necessities you'd find in a regular kitchen, such as a refrigerator, kettle, sink, and microwave, and the toilet and bathroom were shared.

Ppo hsuan panThe hotel is very clean and spacious. It is a pity that there is a balcony but there is no slippers for the balcony. The scenery is an ordinary city view. Unfortunately, the weather on the day I went was not very sunny.
The curtains in the room are very shading, and the whole room will become very dark during the day, which should be quite good for people who sleep lightly.
Toothbrushes and combs need to be picked up on the first floor. The refrigerator space is oversized and can ice a lot of food. There is also a freezer to use.
The hanger has deodorant spray, the taste is not long-lasting, but the service is very intimate and very good.
 My favorite is that there is a free washing machine and dryer, but there is no laundry detergent, so you need to buy it yourself.
The hotel staff is very kind. Although the clerk does not speak Chinese, the housing instructions can be seen in Chinese. When you check in, you will be asked to fill in the email. I didn't know the intention. Later, I found that it was an introduction to the nearby attractions.
Super plus points are very intimate.
The disadvantage is that the location is not too convenient, you must have a car to reach
