The biggest problem was the appalling cleanliness of the room; there were even bloodstains on the tatami mat! After speaking with the front desk manager, I was transferred to a room in the main building. The main building room was the one that truly met the four-star hotel standard."

It was a spacious room that was used by 3 people but could stay up to 5 people 2.
