服務：我是4月27號凌晨到的酒店，當時值班的小姐姐服務賊拉好，我預訂的是28號入住，按照規定隔夜房是凌晨六點Check in，當時我到酒店是凌晨五點過一點，坐了一夜的火車，接待小姐姐考慮到很辛苦就直接辦理入住了，非常感動！真做到了“急客人所急，想客人所想”
服務：到了29號要退房的時候，我需要原房續住，我進攜程後台發現，是我定錯了房間，日期定錯了，我就聯繫前台協商處理結果，當時前台已經換班了，又是另外一位，這位的服務就讓人擔憂，對客人愛搭不理，我當時下樓換房卡時，此位接待員正在接視頻電話，我到前台都沒有掛的意思，還在聊天，我弄臟了一條浴巾，這位服務員對客賠項目賠償標準完全不知道不明白，這個時候才掛了視頻電話，用手機打電話問同事，29號凌點五十退房的時候還是她，這個點已經“就寢了”，我叫出來説退房盡然一臉懵，搞不懂，這個服務給人的感覺，客人要去他們店裡要飯的
以上説的兩位服務員完全不一樣，感覺像是兩個酒店的員工！

前台熱情周到，入住迅速，客房清潔舒適，床品乾淨柔軟，隔音效果好，睡得很香！交通便利，周邊餐飲購物方便，性價比超高，下次還會選擇！房間寬敞明亮，WiFi流暢，衞浴乾濕分離，體驗感很棒！

酒店開業不久，設施新，布草整潔，床寬，床墊舒服，全屋空調，有點熱，淋浴乾濕分離，出水量大。房間除煙不徹底，枕頭上有煙味。房間隔音效果不太好。早餐在一樓，品種豐富，味道不錯，菜品新鮮。酒店門口因為統一管控，收費停車，公路邊和小區門口免費停車。

去年新開的酒店，來了好幾次了。環境和服務都可以，房間比較大，前台服務態度超級好 非常熱情有禮貌。最重要的是酒店設施非常好 值得推薦哦

有史以來最差的住宿感受，白天開水晚上冰水，連刷牙水都要晾一會兒才能刷牙，何況洗澡，晚上純粹的冰水，還不停的索要好評，我懷疑之前的好評全部都是厚着臉皮要來的，反映了多次，衹是答覆給相關人員反映。該酒店的價格定位在金昌是比較高的，對的起房客交的房費嗎？

看到是新開的酒店就訂了，裏面的影音房間是沒有窗户的，但是詳情頁面沒有介紹，到了之後前台給更換升級了房間，給前台小妹妹點贊，
新開的酒店設備設施還是有點不完善，沒有餐食，沒有標註無線網密碼，服務人員較少，應該後邊會完善，前邊的是封閉道路導航要上馬路牙子，大家可以注意一下，總體還是可以，在金昌來説排前三吧
