Bad reviews. Noisy. I couldn't sleep at all. The KTV on the first floor has no soundproofing at all. It was still noisy at 1 o'clock. The old air conditioner kept making a clattering sound. I called the front desk and a woman answered. It was awesome. That's how it is. There's nothing you can do about it. The cleanliness is average. The shower is facing the door, with water all over the floor. The sheets are slightly yellow. The door can't be locked. Okay, I'll take the advice and go one step further to live in the city.

Comfortable and in a great location! The bus stop is right in front of the main entrance. The environment is quiet and not noisy. The front desk is friendly and helpful with luggage. Facilities: OK Cleanliness: OK Environment: OK Service: OK Will definitely stay again!

雖然設施由於新開業不久還不算太完善，但都基本完備，入住還是舒適的。老闆大姐一家特別熱心，永春到福州的商務車班車還是老闆女兒刷**幫忙找的，絕佳。春節期間入住，因為炸佛和舞龍等民俗活動令膩了城市生活的一大家子都開開心心，還能足不出樓就可以品嚐山裡美味。 地理位置絕佳。達埔賓館位於東園村，賓館門前元宵節有舞龍舞獅；步行幾百米過了高速橋就是巖峯村尤聖宮，元宵炸佛無論是強度和時間長度都極震撼。對面還有家非遺小吃麻粩傳承人店，喜歡他家的金桔蜜餞。

元宵節住這裏，先看炸佛，回酒店之後又在門口看舞龍，老闆一家人非常友好，酒店蠻新的，一、二層吃飯，三、四層住宿，門口和對面都可以停車。

距離觀看民俗活動逐火把兩百米，經營很成熟的一家賓館，老闆很實在，也有做餐飲，口味不錯。
