The newly opened B&B has an excellent location. It is very convenient to go to any scenic spot. The room facilities are complete and the new stay experience is great. The photos taken in the hotel are beyond the scope of the movie! The lady at the front desk was very nice and enthusiastic. She arrived early and arranged early check-in. 我來好好評價一下這間民宿。首先呢我是在小紅書上和去哪兒網看的評價。吸引我的是電梯和早餐。入住之後呢，老闆王姐非常熱心。跟我一塊兒商量路線。我接受了她的建議，第二天早晨7點去做漂流。一點兒也不曬。而且呢衹有我們一艘竹筏。楠溪江的風景非常美。早餐大家看圖片，好看又好吃。陽台還可以晾衣服。總之呢就是非常舒服。可以打車去麗水古街的菜市場，吃當地美食。金粉餃鹵鵝都很好吃。總之在楠溪江玩兒的這幾天吃的好，住的好。非常開心。大家一定要來自己體驗一下王姐家小舍民宿。

AAnonymous UserI went to Wuma Street, Jiangxin Island and other places in Wenzhou. I looked around the hotels in Lucheng District and felt that the price-performance ratio was average. Finally, I saw this five-star hotel in Yongjia next door. It was affordable and I decided to stay there.
Location: The hotel is a bit remote, and the surrounding area is very dilapidated and demolished. It feels that it is still to be developed, but it is convenient if you drive by yourself. It is less than 20 minutes away from Jiangxin Island, and it is easy to drive without traffic.
Facilities: It is relatively complete according to the five-star standard. There are sufficient parking spaces in the underground parking garage and charging piles. The lobby has a high ceiling, but the front desk is set on one side and is a little bit inconsistent with the lobby style. The front desk checked in quickly and upgraded the room type. The room style is simple and spacious, with complete facilities in the room. The toiletries in the bathtub are L'Occitane.
Service: Fruit plate and Tremella soup were delivered on the first night, and Starbucks was also delivered.
Breakfast: The room includes breakfast, and the breakfast restaurant is on the top floor, 23 floors. It should be good to have a good view by the window, but unfortunately the outside is being demolished and renovated, and the view is not good. The dishes have many local characteristics of Wenzhou, but the taste needs to be improved.
In general, the price-performance ratio is very high, and I will stay here again if I have the chance next time I go to Wenzhou.

I thought the snacks at the front desk were delicious, so the lady grabbed a handful for me and placed them on the bedside of the room. There are also a lot of free services in the QR code. In terms of hygiene, the room is very clean. I went out with friends to play. There are many restaurants nearby with food and drink. Takeaways can also be delivered upstairs. GGuest UserBefore I checked in, the hotel concierge Madison contacted me in advance to inquire about my check-in requirements and itinerary arrangements. After I arrived at the hotel, she warmly welcomed and introduced me, and gave me the hotel's special oatmeal cakes to taste. The room was arranged on the 16th floor, and I was unexpectedly given free breakfast, which was great. Secondly, the service was excellent and responsive. The river view on the 17th floor was amazing. When it came to happy hour dinner, because I don't like duck meat, the restaurant manager soso let us order our favorite dishes after knowing it. The room was free of 2 bottles of soft drinks every day. Although it was not replenished on the second day, it was replenished later. We prefer apple juice and orange juice. After Madison knew about it, she communicated with her room colleague Lvan and sent a few more bottles of apple juice and orange juice to the room. The hotel adheres to personalized service, which is good. Third, the breakfast is rich and not perfunctory. GGuest UserRoom 302 is on the lower floor near the road. I still feel that the sound of the car is obvious when I close the window, and the large window on the side is to see the slanted slope. In fact, I am a little disturbed. So finally I asked customer service, thank the customer service for changing the room on the upper floor, and the noise has improved.
However, because we booked the most ordinary room, when we asked for a room change, the customer service said that we booked the cheapest room, so we can only live in the tail room (i.e. x01 and x02), and other rooms will add 10 yuan. Everyone who wants to book a room can pay attention to it.
