民宿位於楠溪江比較中心的位置，離高速口和高鐵站都很近，自駕到各個景點都比較近都很方便，楠溪江非常美，值得一遊。民宿是面積很大的別墅，院子裏空間很大，佔地有6餘畝。周圍植被非常好，空氣清新，是休閑度假的好地方，價格便宜，性價比超高！點贊推薦！👍

非常棒的楠溪江畔民宿，有着悠然之境，性價比很高，來楠溪江自駕遊非常好，離高速口很近，離楠溪江高鐵站也近，獨門獨院的大別墅，有很大的游泳池，極力推薦。

瑞楓山莊位於楓林鎮旁巨嶴村半山中，距離楠溪江高鐵站、楓林鎮、楠溪江獅子巖漂流處都是2公里，早晨去江邊漫步，晚上去鎮上吃飯，來回高鐵站都非常方便，打車10分鐘之內。
山莊佔地有7畝，依山而建，呈階梯狀，進大門兩側有小木屋，窗外翠竹環繞，很有田園氣息。經過池塘九曲橋，可以進入一層餐廳，二樓至四樓是客房。二樓出來有大露台，晚上🌃在露台喝茶🍵看月亮🌙看星星✨，山間蛙聲陣陣，清風拂面，非常愜意☺️
瑞楓山居適合那些來楠溪江慢遊的人，可以體會山居的自然之氣。

民宿位置偏僻村路狹窄易刮車，距離景點有點遠。房間處於半地下，不透氣潮濕陰冷，想開熱風烘一下，但中央空調不能調整。屋內桌椅太臟，洗手有蟲跑出來。衞生間不透氣，換氣口又在床邊有噪音不能開。插頭壞的多，吹風機冒煙，怕着火不敢用給換了個。房間不隔音，樓上沖個水，樓下能震天休息不好。

山莊別墅，植物眾多，有魚池，游泳池及小童遊樂區，位置在山腳下，很幽靜，適合度假。房間內還有設定觀景台，可以冥想發呆或泡茶。建議老闆升級適合年輕人的設備和智能家居。總體五星，推薦。
