房間大小合適，很乾凈。
一共三層樓，房間在2.3層。
上樓梯前就會換拖鞋，所以整個民宿都很乾凈。
早餐老闆準備的很豐盛、除了圖片裏的，還有小包子、白粥和糯米飯（糯米，香菇，胡蘿蔔，豆腐乾），都很好吃，妥妥管飽！
民宿位置也很方便，離小鎮門口就1分鐘吧。
楓林鎮雖然不是景點，但地理位置很方便，往北去石桅巖，往西南去永嘉書院、大若巖，往東去飛行基地看雲海，車程都大約20min。
小鎮裏的祖傳餛飩也很好吃，走過去小几分鐘。

房間乾淨整潔，早餐種類非常豐盛，民宿旁邊就有一個停車場十分方便。管家服務熱情，主動幫我拿行李，很積極的給我介紹楓林的名勝古蹟和周邊遊玩的風景區。小院種滿了花花草草，一看老闆就是一位非常有閒情逸緻的人。民宿距離楠溪江，獅子巖等景區都很近，很方便！！！

民宿離楓林高速很近，離各個景區也不遠，房間衞生良好，衞生間也有乾濕分離，早餐可跟管家溝通是當地特產麪食還是粥類，院子裏有個小沙坑，晚上坐在院子裏乘涼 孩子挖沙，非常愜意

裝修很漂亮，老闆很熱情，直接來接的，衹是停車後要走一小段路才能到。老闆免費給我們升級了房間，裝修很有品味。上樓就要拖鞋，房間乾淨，空調效果也不錯。

臨時決定去楠溪江，找了很多民宿，看了這家，感覺性價比挺高的。
環境：停車場到民宿需要走點台階，提着行李箱稍微有點不方便，老闆人很好會來接，幫着提行李。
設施：房間不算很大，但是有個轉角空間很舒服。
衞生：老闆收拾的很乾凈，該有的都有了。可以自己帶雙拖鞋。
早餐：紅糖饅頭好吃。
