攜程預訂並付全款300元，退房開票居然不給開全款，説是攜程沒打款這麼多給酒店。莫名其妙，酒店與攜程之間的協議，怎能影響客户的利益？好在投訴後，酒店大堂經理及時處理好了，開具了全款發票，希望今後加強管理多培訓，不要再出現類似事情，影響住宿體驗和心情。
