There is also a self-built cafe, vegetable garden, and wheat field in front of it, all of which are super beautiful! It is within five kilometers of Lion Rock and Lishui Street, so it is very convenient to drive.
Facilities: Just opened in 24 years, the Italian minimalist decoration style is very comfortable and high-end. The facilities and supplies in the house are of good quality~
Hygiene: You need to put on slippers when entering the hotel lobby from outdoors. This is quite special. It feels like you have returned home after entering the lobby, which is more warm. The main color of the B&B is white inside and outside, very clean ~

GGuest UserThis stay was great! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the attentive service. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional. They checked me in quickly and patiently introduced the surrounding attractions. The room was warm and elegant, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the smart devices were complete, the lighting mode could be switched at will, and the quality was fully displayed in the details. Breakfast was a highlight, with a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, and the freshly cooked noodles and special cakes tasted great. The gym and swimming pool facilities were brand new and well maintained. The location is excellent, travel is convenient, and the surrounding business districts and transportation hubs are very close. Whether it is a business trip or a tourist vacation, this is an excellent choice, and I will come again next time!

I thought the snacks at the front desk were delicious, so the lady grabbed a handful for me and placed them on the bedside of the room. There are also a lot of free services in the QR code. In terms of hygiene, the room is very clean. I went out with friends to play. There are many restaurants nearby with food and drink. Takeaways can also be delivered upstairs. The overall feeling is quite good. I will have the opportunity next time. Will come and stay again.

GGuest UserI went to Wenzhou on a business trip and chose the hotel closest to Wenzhou North. Affordable, hygienic and clean, pretty good. There are just no supporting facilities around. The room is a double bed room, which is very large and has a big window which is not bad. The bathroom is also quite big and very clean. The full-length mirror is outside and there is a light on the side. It is also very convenient to look in the mirror and put on makeup. Overall it is good. Cheap and good quality!

The service at the front desk was very enthusiastic. They greeted me as soon as I entered the door. There was also free tea and snacks at the front desk. The check-in speed was also very fast. I like the front desk 👍. The elevator requires a card, which makes people feel very safe. What I didn't expect was that there was actually a viewing elevator. The hotel also has a free laundry room on the 13th floor, and the personalized service is very good. The room is also quite large. The room that the beauty at the front desk opened for me is facing the back, and you can see a little river view😄. The bathroom is also very large, which makes people feel very comfortable to live in. There is also a massage pillow on the sofa. It's so comfortable to lie on the bed and massage after playing! ! ! Next time I come to Oubei, I will stay at the Golden Triangle Hotel

But the service of the whole hotel is really not flattering. It can be said that there is no service. Every service staff is very uncle, especially the front desk. The whole process does not look up and ignores people. I ask a reluctant answer. When answering questions, my attitude is also extremely arrogant. How to eat breakfast, not to say, chat halfway! Finally, check out and even how to refund the deposit and how to deduct the fee is not explained! Anyway, it is all up to you to ask, I can't believe that a four-star hotel attitude will be like this!

MMarnaInChinaI found the guesthouse to be very pleasant. The hostess is always available for assistance and speaks English. The rooms are comfortable with a great shower and an English news channel CGTN. Breakfast is served and restaurants are in the area for lunch and supper. There are 2 great nature parks close by which is magnificent. The hostess will direct guests and arrange local transportation. The town also have its own splendid park along the Nanxi river. I will visit this guesthouse again when I am in the area.

GGuest UserVery good stay experience, I came to Wenzhou for a holiday trip, looked at several hotels and finally chose Mingzhu Four Seasons. The whole experience was very good, the transportation was convenient, the hotel parking was free, there were many parking spaces, the hotel was equipped with robots, and takeaways could be delivered to the room without going downstairs.

The lobby is high-rise design, crystal chandeliers, and the art decorations are super stylish. The rooms are warmly furnished, the bedding is soft, and the night view of the city outside the window is charming. Surrounded by green plants, the air is fresh, like separating the hustle and bustle of the city. Here, the body and mind are greatly relaxed, and it is simply a habitat for tired travelers.
2. Room facilities: This stay experience is directly full! The room is spacious and the layout is reasonable. The smart toilet is super easy to use, with constant temperature and flushing functions. The shower head has even water and stable water temperature. There is also a large screen projection TV, and it is super cool to watch a movie in bed at night. The bed is moderately soft and hard, the pillow can choose different heights, and sleep well all night. Even the aroma of the room is high-end, the details are too extra points, must be praised!
3. Service experience: You must praise the service of this hotel! From the beginning of the appointment, the customer service patiently answered my various questions. After arriving at the store, the doorman enthusiastically helped with the luggage. TTse Fong LamRoom 302 is on the lower floor near the road. I still feel that the sound of the car is obvious when I close the window, and the large window on the side is to see the slanted slope. In fact, I am a little disturbed. So finally I asked customer service, thank the customer service for changing the room on the upper floor, and the noise has improved.
However, because we booked the most ordinary room, when we asked for a room change, the customer service said that we booked the cheapest room, so we can only live in the tail room (i.e. x01 and x02), and other rooms will add 10 yuan. Everyone who wants to book a room can pay attention to it.
