低分打給酒店總經理，人手不夠服務怎麼可能跟得上，當領導的不知道看看，人多的時候就多派個人上班不行嗎？當領導當不明白就別當了。入住在大廳等了二十分鐘，到房間枕頭臟，讓換一個又等半個小時。客房人手不夠，前台人手也不夠，真不知道這領導咋當的。

酒店比較一般 剛開始給我安排入住了一個頂層房間牆壁特別臟 開關也是壞的 後面入住的稍微好一點 整體體驗比較差

設施：訂的舒適房，房間真的小，就衹能放一個床，廁所門還壞的，上個廁所味傳的整個房間都是，洗澡.水飛濺的到處都是，主要是哪個**馬桶，一會還張開，一會又關上！
空調噠噠噠的異響，還安在床頭上面，吵的半夜睡不着！！！！
商家儘快把311門修一下吧。真的差勁！！
