I was particularly impressed by the front desk service. The ladies were exceptionally attentive, professional, and truly ensured a smooth, welcoming experience. Moreover, I absolutely loved the hotel's elegant decor and stylish ambiance. The design creates a warm, sophisticated atmosphere that enhances your stay. Combining a prime tranquil location, beautiful aesthetics, and impeccable hospitality, this hotel delivers excellent value. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return!

I had an amazing stay at this hostel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The location was incredibly perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay!

This hotel provides free shuttle service from Fenghuang highspeed railway station. Upon arriving, lady boss came to the main entrance of the scenic area to pick us up. We had to drag our heavy luggage about 100m to reach the hotel. It was well located inside the scenic area. Very quiet at night and we wouldn’t be disturbed by the tourists at all. Our room is located on the highest floor with a balcony overseeing the view of Furong town. Our room came with a mahjong table and we fully utilised it at night before sleeping. Room was clean. Lady boss also assisted us to book shuttle taxi to the railway station the next working day (self paid). Overall, would recommend this hotel for those who preferred quieter space.

The owner is very responsive on Trip.com, which is a great help. He will contact you in advance to arrange free pick up or any ticketing needs. The hotel is beautiful! One of the best in town. It is located in a very strategic position where the rooms with windows have the best views. Spend a bit more and get the rooms with balcony, you won’t regret it. The only negative is that there is a restaurant downstairs with karaoke, and it can get pretty noisy if they get some enthusiastic customers. Apart from that, everything else about the hotel is top notch.

The boss was very enthusiastic and introduced the nearest parking lot to the inn in advance. He picked us up at the parking lot even when it was raining heavily. The room and toilet are a bit small, but the balcony is spacious. However, it feels that the decoration has been a long time, and the furniture is old. There is a small step in the river outside the room facing the river. The sound of running water is very loud during the day and night. Even though the soundproof glass door is installed, there is still a lot of running water noise when sleeping at night. People with poor sleep should consider it carefully. The advantage is that the location is inside the scenic area and it is very close to the waterfall.

This property exceeded our expectations, great location, great view in the hard of town. Stunning views from our room, don’t wait and just book it. The best part of the stay is their customer service, the owner of this cozy boutique hotel went out of her way to make our stay great. She showed us what to do and how the get around and she even helped us order our first meal at a local restaurant she recommended. Truly a an exceptional stay
