因為行程有變，本來訂了2天，剛訂完想修改成1天，結果酒店不同意，深夜11點了，攜程工作人員還以飽滿的熱情為我服務，這家酒店硬是不同意退還多訂的1天的費用，最後還是攜程退還的。入住後，酒店的氣味很大，設施很陳舊了，睡了一夜第二天頭很痛。
